I could not be happier with the opportunity to purchase this unique, sentimental treasure. The engraving was well done. All in all, it is as special as he is! PS. These are a great gift to give. I bought this as a Valentines present for my boyfriend. I gave him one and kept the other. The puzzle pieces fit together and the personalization was well done. The ring for the keychain is sturdy and the puzzle pieces themselves are sturdy around the size of a quarter, maybe a tad bigger, so it's not too bulky, nor is it thin where you have to worry about it breaking or bending. To give an idea, it's around the thickness of a regular house key. Absolutely love it!

Product is good, shipping is terrible.
As far as the keychains go, no complaints really. They don't fit perfectly together like I had hoped but it's the thought that counts. My issue is shipping. We ordered 2 sets of 2 keychains for 4 people total. We paid for 4 pieces total and only got 2. It also took exactly a month to get our first order. We contacted the seller and they were quick to fix the discrepancy but the second shipment also took over a month. We ordered the keychains for valentines day and paid a little extra so it was kind of a pain to not be able to gift our friends until April. All and all, good quality and much cheaper than the "handmade" website that rhymes with Pepsi, but the shipping was a giant pain.
