Wish they had options for different length chains

Got this as a gift from my boyfriend. It is elegant and nicely sparkly. I wear it every day. LOVE it.

Chain is horrible, thin and broke after one use. I love the pendant! It’s perfect!

the clasp on the chain broke within the first few days of wearing it. My girlfriend was really upset when it broke and thought I was going to be mad so she was upset and afraid to tell me about it. The pendant is beautiful but I wish they would make the chain better. If you guys can please send me a new chain I would be thankful and so would my lovely girlfriend who I love very much gotta keep her happy : ) just broke my heart to see her so upset when it broke so quickly. Thanks I’m advance for your attention to this.

The pendant is beautiful, but the chain is junk. The chain broke about a month after purchase. I contacted the seller and they replaced the chain, but the replacement chain also only lasted about a month also before breaking. After the second chain broke they told me to send back BOTH broken chains. I don’t typically keep cheap broken jewelry and they said that they would not replace it because I didn’t have the broken chains.

I have been looking for a necklace at a good price. 10k makes it stronger, only drawback was chain. I bought a thicker chain and I have been wearing it everyday
