This was the 2nd ozone generator I've had and this one is definitely subpar. The smell is different and lingers for a LOT longer. The dial for controlling ozone output does work, but it's more of a range of 5k-7k instead of 0-7k output as described. It also seems to emit ozone when just plugged in regardless of ozone setting or timer. Ran it once a week ago and after airing out afterward the room with the generator plugged in still has a VERY high ozone smell. It finally started going away after I unplugged the machine, but it still lingers even 3 days later (after airing out that room specifically on it's own and changing the furnace filter). I would suggest getting something else.

I have to try in a home I have that people got behind on bills and the food in the fridge spoiled. House stinks bad. Got the fridge removed and will be using this ozone machine to clean the air.

What an awesome machine. My family member still smokes cigarettes and he smoked like a freight train in my rental car. The rental companies don't let you smoke anymore, obviously. Why? It's because it's 2019 and people finally figured out it's bad and smells bad. If you do find yourself in a situation with a smoky rental car, and you're staring down a $400 penalty, get one of these bad boys overnight shipped to your house. In 30 minutes this thing will completely sanitize the inside of a car. Turn the car on ( not in your garage!!!! ), set the AC to ON but make sure it's only using air from inside the car, not pulling in air from the outside. Turn the unit on, set a timer for 30 minutes, then close the doors. COme back and don't breathe in, just open the doors and windows and let oxygen back in the car for a while. In a few hours, your car will be good as new. PRAISE THE DEVICE.

This small, but powerful odor eliminator is well worth the money paid for it. I’m able to turn it on for 80-min. and about one hour you wouldn’t know a function was even held (absolutely no lingering bad odor). I’m able to easily deodorize a very large room at approx. 40’ lg x 30’ wd x 12’ high or ~14,000 cubic feet. If you want to clean the air in a room then buy this machine. I purchased 2 in order to do even larger rooms, but never ever stay in the room while these machines are running. Allow a few hours after running them to enter the deodorized room.

When I bought this unit, I wasn't sure if a 6,000mg/hr unit would be enough for my needs, but it certainly is! I bought it in order to deodorize a very musty RV, and running it for an hour was WAY too much.I really like the variable output that allows for matching the output of the device to the space, and the hold button is a nice touch as well.Overall, I'm happy with this generator. Time will tell if it ends up being durable, but all initial signs point toward it being a well-built Ozonator.Update after a few years. It still works great. I just used it to debug and deodorize a 550sf shop, and an hour of generation was plenty to get rid of the smell of decomposing rodents. You could still smell it for 24 hrs after the unit shut off... Lots of dead insects, and weeks later the dead smell is still gone.

This machine is powerful. Puts out a generous amount of ozone which is not good to breath in but does dissipate after use as long as you give it the proper time to. We use it in our storage buildings when someone moves in with stinky furniture from dogs or cats. It gets rid of the odor. Haven't determined how long it lasts but it is effective.

The product is good and works well but only to run when no one is home for a few hours. I wasn't aware there were health issues involved in using this type of air filtration so I am unable to use when my family is home.

I didnt know you could not be in the room while it was running so I couldn't use it for the purpose I bought it for. I may end up using it sometime but have not yet. I tried to stop it from coming when I read about its dangers, but I was too late and had to pay the price for nothing so far.
