Taking the time to instruct shippers to upgrade packaging.
I used to be a supply specialist in the Marine Corps. The packaging is amateurish at best. My first battery arrived with the posts damaged. I sent pictures of the damage and they sent me another battery that I think arrived undamaged. This seems to be an excellent battery for the price but if I was in charge of shipping I would have to upgrade the shipping packaging because as good as this company is in customer service, they would be more professional and would have far less damage to their product was packed correctly. I do know one thing, I am a repeat customer...hopefully they take my advice and improve their packaging because when I saw their packaging for both batteries, I almost couldn’t believe it because something as heavy as a battery has to be stabilized not just because of the weight, but because of it’s chemical disposition.Correct the packaging and you will not regret it.Joseph Davis

not even 3 years, now dead
Purchased 4/21, now dead on 1/24. Battery dead and will not accept charge. Not durable even compared to regular flooded acid battery.

Great battery for intermittent use
These type of batteries are great for intermittent use. I bought these to replace the ones I had in a diesel pickup and those lasted over 10 years. The old batteries still work but not lose their charge after awhile. Very pleased to have found these

Good Older Car Battery
Battery for my 2002 Chrysler 300M. Difficult installation into this model of vehicle but good, long-lasting battery!

The Battery was defective
I was having trouble starting my car. The starter wouldn't turn over so I thoughr buying this problem would remedy it. But it didn't so I thought it was the starter and sent it to a garage and they replaced my starter, but it still didn;t work. Come to find out this battery had a defective cell and I had to have it replaced with a new one by my mechanic. I'm thinking that I probably didn't even need a new starter! Very disappointed.
