My home doesn't have exhausts to the outside. The kitchen gets humid and worse, the house smells of broccoli or whatever stinky cooking food. This tamps down the stink and doesn't let it travel far into the house. And it lessens humidity and stink as you're cooking and removes it in a very short time afterward. It raises the quality and comfort of your home. Glad I got it. Worth it.

Not sure why the purifier needs to run with the dehumidifier but it really pulls the water out. Have to dump the reservoir daily.

Don’t worry about the price you don’t regret buying one of these little bad boys have this in my master bedroom and it’s so good worth every penny it pulls so much water. My master is right next to the bathroom so we noticed the smell of humidity was coming into our room as well with this machine changed it all my husbands allergies are even gone! It’s easy to use & very quiet we have it on throughout the day and it’s so good 11/10!!!!! ⭐️

We liked this small size dehumidifier, air purifier so much for our main bedroom we bought a second one for our guest bedroom. good price as well.

This thing works. I recently started renting a 1-bedroom house that I am absolutely in love with, but something in the bedroom was triggering my asthma (dust, mold, cat hair, maybe pollen, who knows). Every night when I’d get into bed my chest would tighten up and I found myself reaching for my rescue inhaler for the first time in many, many years. I got this because I needed a 2-in-1 purifier and dehumidifier because my bedroom gets humid too and my landlords recommended using a dehumidifier. On Day 1, as soon as I plugged in the Sorbi I could feel it doing its job. I have not needed my rescue inhaler once since using it and I’m sleeping so much better now. The controls are very user-friendly and it’s easy to empty and clean the water tank. As far as sound goes, the high setting is fairly noisy (akin to a large fan running next to you) and the low setting is impressively quiet to me, just above a whisper. It does not prevent me from falling asleep at all. I will say the controls are kind of bright at night, so you may want to cover those if you are sensitive to light at night. But maybe I just need to see if those can be dimmed. And I was awoken before by the sound of water dripping into the tank on dehumidifier mode, so I now switch that off when sleeping and only run that part during the day. I love, love, love this little powerhouse and I will not be without one henceforth. 10/10 highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. *Update April 2025* Contacted Tenergy support for advice/troubleshooting on the noise issue. They asked me to send them a picture of the power cord severed as proof that I couldn’t use the unit anymore, and then they would send a replacement. Was pretty disappointing as that seems like a wasteful solution- would rather send it back to them for repair or try to fix it myself than destroy a functional (albeit noisy) device… they ended up agreeing to send a new unit anyways, but don’t seem interested in any attempt to repair the old one. Hopefully the new unit holds up better.*Update* Less than two months and I can’t run it at night anymore because it has started making an intermittent buzzing noise that is too annoying to tune out. If I had to guess, maybe something interfering/obstructing the fan? It’s reminiscent of a playing card catching the spokes of a bicycle wheel. Will have to look into replacement/repair, or else take it apart myself to see if I can find the issue. Pretty disappointing after such a short span of use.*Original Review*The unit is louder than I had hoped. I was concerned when I first turned it on the low setting- definitely wouldn’t call it “ultra quiet.” We don’t even use the high setting during the daytime. I have had trouble sleeping with other fan noises but, fortunately, I CAN sleep through this, and have come to appreciate its function as white noise.As for humidity control- the reservoir gets fairly full after running a 24 hour period, so it’s doing something, but I just wish there was a meter to indicate the humidity level before and after.

Working SO WELL already! Have dumped at least a cup of water from each room since being turned on 12 hours ago.I Bought three of these for around my apartment, one in each bathroom and one near my closet.Every room smells so much fresher and feels more comfortable / less cold in general. I love that they have a HEPA filter that is replaceable. I read that a lot of dehumidifiers can get mildew themselves from the running motor and the constant moisture. The HEPA filter makes me feel a lot better about this little machine over time. I am usually annoyed with noises in my house but It has a soft whir that sounds like it belongs in a baby's room.Just wish I had gotten this before I left town, with the windows shut the place gets more moisture and this will really help in the future!
