I suffer from two frozen shoulders for over a year now. One no longer frozen but still gets tight and achy. The other is still in its 'frozen' phase so it is painful with limited mobility. Because of this my subconscious 'guarding' tightens up my upper back, neck, shoulders....my whole upper body really. I saw this on Amazon and started using it as soon as it was delivered. I can't believe I didn't have this earlier. I don't think anything has relaxed my neck and shoulders like this. Prior, I would need to take hot showers and pop ibuprofen several times a day just to relax enough to finally ignore the pain and fatigue in my shoulders and upper body. I love to wear it especially before I sleep and it helps me to sleep soundly with less tossing and turning throughout the night. I like the weight and smell of it too. I hope this review helps.

This has helped my neck and shoulder pain. It is very soothing for tight muscles. I use it several times a day. It would be cosy just to wear on a cold evening.However, it may not fit properly in a small microwave. It is not easy to maneuver it onto your shoulders if you have reduced mobility, and is reasonably heavy to lift. I also find that the collar sometimes falls away from the neck so is better to sit with a cushion behind you to keep it close to the neck.

Very thick and heavy, I love the smells that emanate from it and the softness of the fabric. It doesn't remain warm very long though (I'd say about 20min) and you have to heat it for longer than instructed to get it to a good level , but the concept is really good and I use it every day for my chronic neck and shoulder pains.

The heated neck wrap was very fragrant and warm to my shoulders. The only concern that I have is, that it was a bit big to go into the microwave.

It feels very comfortable and covers a large area. As a physiotherapist i am recommended everyone how has pain and stiff neck i will add extra clip at front to keep more secure 🙂

This is so lovely and comfortable to wear. The material is super soft and the weight is just the perfect amount that when heated or cooled it it soothes so much.I put this in the microwave to heat and the scent was so soothing and really helped me relax when I had an awful pain in my shoulder. The gentle on going heat really soothes my pain.I have also put this in the freezer In a plastic bag when I hurt my ankle and it was brilliant as it stayed much colder and a more gentle cool than something like peas or an ice pack would of.

What i have been looking for!! I have torticolis, neck and shoulder sharp pain everytime it trigger, when its really bad, i wont be able to move. But now i always put heat compress on my neck/shoulder. The ones i have was not covering my whole shoulder/nevk. But this one oh! I loved it! It covers and i love the aroma smell. I recommend it 100%
