Helped my level go up.
I'm not an outsider girl. The only vitamin D I get is in pills. I had hard ones and I guess they weren't doing anything. These are little gel balls. I think they are quality. They improved my livel so they must have vitamin D. I take so many meds that I don't think twice about it they are easy to use.
