I purchased this because I read in the description about the cleansing of the Liver etc. However no one told me I would be on the potty all night long & the next day after. Clearly I am not using this again - it must be a strong cleanse because this had me up all night.

For hot flashes, you have to take it daily for at least a month but it works! Hang in there! As the price has gone up, I've tried different brands, tinctures and keep coming back to the Buddha brand because the others haven't provided good relief. All milk thistle teas taste different. This one is a little earthy or even like grass or herbs. I tend to drink it while eating something sweet. It's like most herbal teas but I'm a british tea drinker so taste the difference.
