So, when my boyfriend and I first got this chair we loved it! very comfy and had awesome features. Unfortunately, our chair broke; the arm rest snapped and the chair's pole cracked and caused it to be lowered. We had to throw it away and buy a new chair. The company reached out to me and offered to replace it for free! since I already purchased a new one they still gave me a full refund and were very helpful. I understand not every product sold will be perfect and alot of people have awesome reviews. The customer service alone wouldve made me get a new chair if I hadnt already bought a new one!

To start off I have to say that this chair is very simple to assemble and it's very comfortable for the money. However when I was putting it together with my cousin, the "leather" on the back was already torn and when we had to screw the bottom to the back, it kept tearing even more. I bought it for my cousin but I kinda want to receive a new chair because this one was very faulty. The screw holes were also very misaligned, it made it harder to put together.

UPDATED:3/27/2019Replacement chair came in and have it assembled. Updating to 3 Stars. New chair lines up good and even came with head pillow which first one sent out didn't have.Only bumped chair up one star from 2 to 3, reason being is there still a quality factor involved with this chair at the $170+ dollars that I paid for it. At that price you're better off throwing another 30 to 50 bucks at a higher end chair. Around the $130 to $150 range it probably be deserving of 4 stars, which is currently on sale for but I didn't get it at that price so I have to rate it at what I paid for it.OLD:A lot of the screw and mounting holes didn't line up correctly, as you can see where the back attaches to the seat there is a nice size uneven Gap. Rating at 2 Stars, Amazon sending a replacement so I will update my review to reflect if these issues with the replacement are sorted.

Updated to 1 start. My Walmart chair didn't upset me as much as this one does. I've had this chair for about a month now. I don't really like the arm rests as they seem too wobbly and a bit wide but the worst part of this chair is the piston that goes up and down. It is constantly failing and dropping down. The material and workmanship of the seat and back are very nice but they cheaped out on the armrests and piston.

The quality of this chair is exceptional HOWEVER it gave me enormous back pain. May just be me. Tried it without the lumbar pillow and some of the back pain seemed to go away but was still pretty bad. Returning it was a pain since it's not a Prime Authorized dealer. I would've had to pay $200 to ship it back which Amazon would've reimbursed but wasn't worth the hassle. Seller offered me $100 to keep the chair, which I did because it was enough of a refund to save the hassle of returning, but even though I kept the chair, it is back in its box as I have no interest in using it.

I paid $100 for this chair and overall it's not a bad chair.- Pros -- Good chair for its price- Comfy once you get everything just right- Fully reclines to a lay-down position- Cons -- seat is not wide enough (at 210lbs i feel a bit cramped)- Headrest slides down constantly to neck level- Material used sticks to bare skin (back and neck)

They sent me a replacement and seems the issue I had with the back part making noise when I sat back on it is now fixed. The chair is good to go now and I do recommend for the price range this chair.Customer service does goes beyond and will do their best to make you happy.
