Dye / Proto Switch Goggle Replacement Lens

Couldn't see out of my glasses, but this lens was fog free. It is fingerprint happy, but easy to clean. Without water a microfiber towel got most of the paint off after a direct hit (cheating is bad, mmmk). I do see a little chipping where the paintball hit and tiny scratches from branches after a day of woodsball (can't see the scratches with the mask on). The lens isn't clear with a coating, it is smoke colored plastic, so it won't come off with heavy use.The smoke lens is a little reflective in direct light, as dark as is shown in the product picture, and isn't polarized, so its like a pair of cheap sunglasses. When its on your face, it appears black and you can't see the wearer's face, which makes it pretty intimidating. I had no problems seeing other players (when my glasses weren't fogging) on a slightly overcast day in dense woods (winter in Alabama). I painted my black mask with a multicam pattern and the smoked lens really completes the look I was going for.I would definitely recommend this if, like me, you play in a humid area and got a cheap Proto mask without the thermal lens. For the price, it's definitely worth it and it won't break the bank to buy extras. I would also recommend buying a sweat band/bandanna/shemagh/etc. for sweat control. That also helps to keep the mask fog free and is more comfortable than sweaty foam.

I bought this thermal lens to replace the crappy clear one that came with my proto mask. This lens doesn't get foggy even in extreme heat situation. The color is Golden on the outside with blue tonality on the inside. Great blocking the sun and awesome upgrade to my mask! it looks like new, for the price it is totally worth it.

Great replacement lenses for my proto switch axis mask. Way better than the original factory clear lense that mask came with. Although I'm not a big fan of the slight blue tint looking through these lenses. Not a deal breaker though. Looks cool in use out in the field.

I purchased the proto switch el mask because it was affordable and i needed a new mask. I got a replacement lense because i was tired of the fog on the single pane lenses. I played a 24 hour scenerio game in the blazing heat sweating like crazy and did not fog AT ALL. I could see perfectly the whole game no matter what while everyone else was complaining about fog, i had none. This lense is amazing, buy it if you never want to fog again.

My mask came with a single pane clear lens & I wanted something with some tint & a thermal lens. I haven't used it on the field yet but I have to say it looks great. It's nice & dark. Almost totally obscures my face which is good when sniping. I can't wait to get it out on the field & try it out! From the other reviews I've read I'm sure I wont be disappointed.

I had been having fogging problems ever since I got my mask. It came with a single clear lens and I tried getting a fan, and different things to try and eliminate the fog in my mask. Nothing worked for me. I live in Houston where it is humid almost all the time as well as being in the 90's or 100's all summer. I finally ordered this thermal lens and just let me say that not only did the smoke save my eyes from the super bright sun that day, the lens never fogged once! It sure makes a difference when you can actually see people! I love this lens and will probably purchasing different shades to wear on different days.

this lens came all scratched up, but still in the package haven't actually used it yet to know if it doesn't fog. its really annoying though that it came with scratches, and it impairs my vision.

The northern lights color looks exactly as it does in the picture. It also has a mirror effect, which is an added bonus since other people cant see your eyes. The only gripe I have with this product is the inside of the lens gives is of a blue hue. In other words, while looking through them, its like looking through blue tinted sunglasses. I'm not sure if I can get used to a blue world, so Im debating returning them.But if blue tinted sunglasses doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend these lenses.

Hatte das Maskenglas auf einen 30h Event dabei, sowohl bei Sonnenschein als auch bei Dämmerung war die sicht gut.Ich hatte keine Reflektionen innerhalb der Maske (wie beim Switch HD). Und auch nach sprints ect. ist das Glas nicht beschlagen.

Das beste Glas für eine Paintballmaske!!!Super Sicht bei jedem Wetter und beschlägt nicht.Im Wald erkennt man super schnell Bewegungen auf weiter Distanz.Klare Kaufempfehlung!!!!
