Cheese Slicer by Bjorklund

I have been wanting to replace my slicer I had that looked like this for years. This one is perfect. It is so easy to use and much sturdier that my old one. I’m very pleased with it.

I have had a cheese slicer like this one for years, but it came up missing, so I have tried other generic slicers, and they DO NOT work as well as this one. It is wonderful to have a good cheese slicer again. The slices are a little bit thicker than the one I had previously, but I am still very happy with it.

Ordered the cheese slicer with 3rd party seller, yes it made in Norway and description is correct. It’s by Norpro and Realize it after I opened it. Only problem I have is that I could of got it quite cheaper, I mean almost half the price cheaper; but since I had big dinner party, I used it already and will just keep it.

Sharp, perfect. I have bought many cheese knives over the years. Most of them do not slice the cheese very well. This is the best. Just don't put it in the dishwasher or the handle will crack, as it is wood.

Use this every day to slice hard cheeses.

My last one like this lasted over 20 years. This one is identical to my old one. They haven't changed what already works.

Love it. Has been durable thus far.

This is our favorite cheese slicer IN THE WORLD. We've had one for many years and nothing comes close. So last year we got them for everyone for Christmas. (plus a new one for ourselves, I mean, why not?). Easy to clean, works great. What more could you ask for?
