Vanilla?
I prefer the smaller pill version of this but still easy to take for me. I donโt eat any seafood and my hairdresser said it shows so I take this to help as well with my cholesterol. It tastes like vanilla weirdly enough. I havenโt noticed that it gives me energy. My cholesterol has gone down so this could have helped but who knows with supplements.
