Do you think this would bond to an outboard lower unit after cleaning/sanding/cleaning with acetone in order to prevent salt water intrusion?

How do you remove the black part to open part B?

Just pop it off with a flathead screwdriver or something similar

Generally the color ends up olive drab. One part was black and the other was an orangish yellow. Recommend you mix it in water to reduce sticking.

Can it be used on concrete?

I’m not sure but I use this on my fishing vessels for a multitude of things and I would be willing to try it on concrete. Good luck!
