The LEGO Zoo: 50 Easy-to-Build Animals Paperback – November 6, 2018

I can't express how much I love this book. It is perfect for our six year old Lego enthusiast. It is designed like the Lego instruction manuals you get inside the official Lego kits, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had previously bought books in the Lego Ideas series which don't give step-by-step instructions like this book, and our daughter was lost and bored with them. She loves trying to make the cute animals in this book. I'd say that ages five an up would have little trouble following along with the instructions. My only complaint is that some pieces used are hard to find, and it might be helpful to have a section at the end of the book that details which sets might be needed to include these hard-to-find pieces. I wish there were more Lego books like this one!

I bought this for my 5 year old. He really enjoys going through and picking an animal to build. It’s easy to follow and lists all the pieces along with product number that you need for each animal. If you don’t have a piece, you can just refer to the product number to find it online to order from lego! Totally recommend this book for any lego lover!

Super cute book, but frustrating when you find you don’t have a needed LEGO.

This book is great because it gives you a part list for building each animal,in which you can use your parts on hand and or order parts from bricklink or Lego.com. The step by step instructions are easy to follow.Love the different levels of difficulty of the animals included which gives a variety of building experiences. Also there is freedom to add your own creativity.I have built several animals so far and will use book to build more to add to my own Lego Zoo. I encourage you to do the same.

Excellent step by step illustrated instructions make it easy for my 5year old grandson to build on his ownand the little creations are adorable.

O livro traz muitas ideias, mas tem que ter criatividade porque é quase impossível ter todas as peças das mesmas cores. Para quem é perfeccionista e quer fazer exatamente como sugerido, vai ficar difícil. Mas achei ótimo.

Book is good to look at but both myself and my child were frustrated that doing anything in the book is impossible. Our LEGO collection is around 2000 pieces and I spent a month on bricklink and the LEGO site TRYING to gather the parts needed to just do Chapter 1 (which we still couldnt do even after gathering parts from all over). There are also a lot of builds that require 25 to 75 of 1 specific piece. Some stores dont even have 75 of 1 brick/piece let alone any normal household. I hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately feel so frustrated I wanted to say something.
