Comfy, functional, easy to use-- a winner!
I've seen some mixed reviews for this, and also noted that reviews here may pertain to the Jabra Engage 65, 75, or 85. I am reviewing the 75 with mono headset. It's a terrific product, "A+" for me. It does everything that I need: comfortable to wear, connects to my three devices (PC + 2 phones) at the same time and accommodates them properly, and has a functional touch-screen display that shows the connection status, battery status, and has on-screen buttons for dialing and hanging up. The headset itself has a great mute button, volume buttons, and call/end buttons that work well and are easy to use and find. I previously used similar products from Sennheiser and Plantronics and found this Jabra to be head-and-shoulders above the others. The Plantronics version has a heavier headset, a worse display, and stopped working with my PC after a while. For the most part, Jabra really got it right with this product's usability. This unit does not even need a power button, so that's one less button to manage. The sound quality for voice is excellent. If you plan to use a PC softphone, check the manual to see which products may be especially compatible. For PC usage, it's probably best, too, if you run the Jabra Direct PC desktop software, which is freely downloadable from the Jabra Web site. It helps keep everything in sync, can update the firmware, and manage settings on the headset and base.

What an amazing product for Consultants who work from home!
I work from home and spend most of my time on cellphone, softphones, and deskphone. This product truly is amazing! First, the microphone noise cancellation is amazing! Folks from the other line could hear me perfectly fine and all surrounding sound in my home office (e.g. kids screaming, keyboard typing, other noises around the house) are completely blocked. Second, switching between my cellphone, softphone (Skype, GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc.), and my deskphone is fast and very easy. I manage several large offshore development teams and the calls between offshore teams, onshore team, and the customers require me to very much use all types of different phones (cellphone, softphone, and deskphone) all day and this product, Jabra Engage 75 make things work so well and more importantly, I now only need one device with all other cables completely removed. Third, the battery very much lasts all day. Unlike other headsets, the battery on this one can be changed should it die. You don't have to buy a new headset if the battery is dead, but thru simple steps, replace a new battery and the headset is good as new. It's a little expensive, but if trust me, if you work from home and need to use different communication devices, this is the best money can be spent on.

Convenient...
I've owned this headset for 2 years w/o any issues. The sound quality is great, set-up was easy, it stays fully charged the entire 8 hour work day and the mic boom mute is evrathang lol. My family knows when I'm on a call so there's no disturbance, but I have the convenience of quickly muting when needed. Noise cancelling seems to work (none of my customers have mentioned they can hear my tv/radio going in the background). It's backed up on my laptop so I can get software updates quickly. Also, it's very attractive looking. Unfortunately, today, when I lifted it up at the start my day, the headset fell apart in my hand. My 20 minute attempt to repair was unsuccessfull. Thankfully, I purchased the Asurion warranty...something I NEVER do. The Asurion agent I spoke with was thorough, friendly, provided me with free return shipping options and submitted my claim efficiently. I keep my older Jabra headset plugged and ready to go for situations like this. After two full years of complete inactivity, it too, works like a charm, but I can't wait for my Jabra Engage 75 to return to me, ready to go. Well worth the $308 price I paid in 2021.

Useless
Purchased this for use with my iPhone XS via Bluetooth. Appears high-quality at a glance, but sound keeps distorting and/or breaking up. Contacted support and was told to try a factory reset. That did not help. Returned the headset for a replacement. Replacement has same problem. A complete waste of money, sadly.

9470 upgrade - so far so good
I'm a longtime GN Netcom user, and for several years, have been using the Jabra Pro 9470. In reading the reviews on the Engage, I was a bit nervous about the upgrade. But I wanted a headset for my home office, so I took the 9470 home and got the Engage for my main office. So far I'm really happy with it. It's MUCH better at handling my office phone and my cell phone at the same time. That feature still needs a bit of love - it currently defaults to making calls from the last connected device. I would prefer to have it default to making calls on my office phone. Still, I appreciate the fact that it's easy to answer whichever phone is ringing. Aside from that, the actual device is a really nice upgrade. I love that there is a built-in status light. So people can see that I'm talking when they walk into my room. The call quality remains unchanged (these are really the gold standard for headsets). The range seems unchanged from the 9470. The controls are the most welcomed change. The answer/hang-up button is easy and intuitive, and the mute button inspires confidence (something that didn't happen on the old version) I read reviews about comfort being an issue. But that didn't seem to impact me. It feels a bit different at first, but you quickly get used to it, and I find myself forgetting it's on - which to me is a sign that it's comfortable enough. Anyway, it might not be worth the quick upgrade. But if you have the need, it's still the best. Oh and for those that have never used a headset, and are wondering if this is worth the money - the answer is yes. People cannot tell that you're on a headset. But more than that, you aren't tethered to your desk phone. You have the freedom to multitask, even outside of your workspace. Depending on your desk phone, you can even answer it remotely. You may look a bit geeky. But for that minor inconvenience, you get ergonomics and freedom.

Challenging to Set-Up
UPDATE 6/25/2020 - after at least 3 firmware updates and 5-6 app updates... I am happy to say this headset is the best wireless set I've ever had, and I have had several. It still, occasionally, but very rarely loses sync, I just unplug from power and reconnect... solves the problem instantly. TODAY 1/9/18 received. Okay first of all... I've had a lot of wireless headsets over the years... I mean about 8-10 over the last 20 years. Lately I've been running into interference and sync issues with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands... probably because of all the wireless devices in the house and neighborhood close by. A few months ago I bought a dual Logitech H820E... and at first it worked great but then it started having sync problems. Plus it hurts my ears after about 30 min of wearing it. So I started looking for another solution and came across Jabra. Never heard of them before. But after reading reviews I decided to give the mono Jabra Engage 75 a try... hoping that I won't have sync issues due to their multi-band connect approach. I will to report back on if I have any out of sync issues later date. BUT... in all my years of buying and installing wireless headsets I've never had any challenges... its always been plug-n-play instantly. Not so with JE75. The QuickStart Guide that comes in the package is useless completely. Went online and got the users manual downloaded and work it that way because I could not get the headset to work. Computer would recognize it but nothing else... no mic no sound. Discovered that there is an APP called Jabra Direct that you can download. So I downloaded it... and it is a fine piece of software but when I installed it... my virus protected found two Trojan Spyware files which it thankfully quarantined and I deleted. BUT... upon connecting the headset... the Jabra Direct said my headset needed a firmware update. Appears that mine came with 1.7x and new is 2.02 something. So I was hoping the firmware update would solve the connection problem. So I downloaded the firmware update and it wanted to make changes to my system and I did not allow it.... so the firmware update would not finish. So I took a chance and allowed the system updates and the firmware installed. All good... nope. I finally figured our after two hours to use the Jabra Direct software to reset all settings the DEFAULT and go through the entire Set-Up Process again (which is not explained in the Quickstart Guide). The set-up includes going through some menu steps on the base. Anyway... finally got it to work after two hours. I will be contacting Jabra support about the Trojan and the system updates that were done. I'll report back later on any findings and continue a review... but wanted to post this. I rarely post reviews on anything... but wanted fellow consumers to know and for Jabra to see this too.

Fantastic headset other than...
I’m a loyal and avid iPhone user. I’ve always used Air Pods. I’m on the phone a ton for work. It’s imperative that I have a high quality headset with excellent sound quality, a long battery life, a decent Bluetooth connectivity range, and a set that won’t be uncomfortable after hours of use. This set checked every one of those boxes. Although it’s not a feature that was nearly as important for me, the noise cancelling feature on this headset is ridiculously impressive. The ONLY disappointing aspect is the fact that you can’t use the headset without the base nearby. For whatever reason, I wrongly assumed I could use these in my car. I sometimes work from home, too. I can’t use these at home unless I remember to bring the base unit home as well. Clearly this has nothing to do with the product or Jabra. Remove the fact that the headset only works when the base unit is within range, and you’re left with an amazing headset.

Perfect for my home office
It works well by connecting to the desk phone, the computer (Zoom/Google Meet), the microphone for making videos, and my iPhone. - Once you get used to switching it to the desk phone for outbound calls, while inbound, one-click and it answers via the iPhone (inbound calls are routed to the desk phone, softphone, and iPhone simultaneously). This is a workaround to facilitate the one-click for answering calls, so whilst roaming around the house can pick up calls. - The range is solid, having clear reception throughout the townhouse and out the front when collecting the mail. - Battery life is solid, as I have it on for some 8-10 hours each day taking calls, and listening to podcasts. - Surprisingly very lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. - Considering buying the dual version just to listen to podcasts, YouTube, and music.

Great product, Great range
Since working from home is a thing, I needed something that allowed me to connect to my computer without a desk phone and this product was it. I use this with softwares like zoom, 8x8 and MS Teams! It's works great and the range is amazing. Although the price is high but definitely worth it! Another feature I liked was the ability to connect my personal cellphone and my work cellphone via Bluetooth. The only thing I dislike is that when you are on a call via Team and you get a cellphone call, sometimes it does not connect properly and you end up hanging up on the call and need to call back. But overall it was worth the purchase and would recommend it if you don't care about the price.

Really good device!
We already use two of the older models (9470 mono) at the office and have found them to be great productivity tool. This newer model is even better, feels lighter. The ability to connect the land line, computer and a cell phone is an important function for us. The range is great; much better mute button, than the older model, which relied on tapping the earpiece. volume control is also better, but have to get used to locating it, as I am used to the older model. No complaints from the other end of the line about clarity, volume or background noise. Even rotating the mic 30-40 degrees, will result in your voice not being picked up, so definitely keeps background noise out. Jabra makes great, though expensive units. Having read the reviews and compared other makes, I decided to stIck with them. Glad that I did. Highly recommended if you spend a lot of time on the phone

Good quality overall with few minor shortcoming
It's light, DECT wireless range seems good so far, though I haven’t tried at the maximum advertised range; sound quality is good, but one needs to use the volume almost at maximum (sometimes). The one thing I wish was better is the sensitivity of the touch-screen; sometimes you have to click several times for command to take effect. After so many years of touch-screen development I wouldn’t have expected that. Also the menu/setup could’ve been better; not so intuitive to use those + and - touch buttons.
