Excellent jacket, but still room for improvement
I really like the jacket, especially for travel. There are some things about the jacket that puzzle me or could be better; however, overall this is a great jacket. I travel quite a bit for my job and this allows me to keep my most used items easily accessible. This means lighter carry-on bags and possibly smaller bags too.The travel document pocket has plenty of room for a normal size boarding pass. There is an RFID blocking passport pocket with velcro closure within this pocket. I was able to fit three passports in there (mine, my wife's and my child's). I also use this pocket to store receipts while traveling.I was able to fit my Asus Chromebook Flip in the large pocket designed for tablets which was great; however, having a larger item in this pocket restricts your movement. The large items will dig into your side when bend down to tie your shoes or pick stuff up. You can unzip the jacket to prevent this (not always possible).I think the inside phone pockets with the clear screens were designed for phones with headphone jacks on top. My phone (Galaxy S7Edge) has the jack on the bottom. I have headphones with an L-shaped connector which work pretty well, but I found straight in headphone cords didn't work as well unless I inverted my phone. Now that I have a smart watch (and can control music playback from it), I keep my phone in one of the outside chest pockets and run the headphones wires through the jacket to avoid the tangled mess. My Bose QC15 headphones have the microphone where the cord splits, so it cannot be practically used with this jacket. The holes for routing the cords also cannot accommodate the battery pack on these headphones or the size of the earbuds themselves. I have a pair of Sennheiser ear buds which work much better. The eyeglasses pocket is probably the most disappointing. I like the dedicated microfiber cloth in the pocket. The pocket is tall enough for glasses to fit vertically; however, there is no separator in there to keep them in that orientation. I had an older Scott-e-vest hoodie that had a glasses pocket with a divider in it, so you could fit two pairs of glasses vertically in the pocket. In this jacket, you can fit two pairs of glasses, but they are not separated or organized in any way. I think a better option for this pocket would be for two horizontal slots for your glasses. There is a pocket designed for a compact camera. I use a DSLR or my phone camera. Instead, I use this for my Kindle Paperwhite and a small slim USB battery pack. The Kindle first perfectly on one side of the internal divider and the battery pack on the other. The four zipper pockets on the outside of the jacket are really great for keeping items secure, but easily accessible. I use the small change pocket inside the hand warmer pockets for my small bluetooth ear bud. I have a travel wallet with a belt loop which I attach to the key chain clip inside the front right pocket. I feel this keeps it safe and secure while making it more easily accessible. The hand warmer pockets are very tall, so you can put larger items than you would expect in these pockets.Quick update after 60 days in...I have had problems with the lining on the hand warmer pockets getting caught in the zipper. To get the lining clear of the zipper, I've had to take off the jacket and work the zipper back and forth a few times. I believe this has put some extra stress on the zipper and the stitching has started to pull away from the jacket. I'm pretty disappointed by this, but it should be covered under the warranty.I have contacted SCOTTeVEST for a warranty replacement under their 2 year warranty; however, since the order was fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon needs to also process the warranty replacement. The two customer service reps I spoke to at Amazon had no idea what I was talking about. Five calls later (3 to SCOTTeVEST, 2 to Amazon support), I still have no idea how I am going to get my jacket replaced. Very frustrating to say the least.Update 12/29/2016:SCOTTeVEST customer service has been helpful and responsive throughout this process. Amazon's representatives have tried to help, but they failed to realize I want to get a warranty replacement and *not* a refund. Amazon is usually great, but having them as a middle man complicated things immensely in this case. Ultimately, I have confidence that SeV support is going to take care of it. They stand behind their product and we're great to work with. If you really want this jacket and have the option to buy it directly from them, I would go that route.

Removable sleeves is a bonus as it was overcast and 60 degrees when I went to a ball game and the jacket was comfortable but the
Lots of pockets that I need to use more often to get use to the storage option. First time I used it I was searching for where I put my stuff. Once familiar it will be more convenient to use. Removable sleeves is a bonus as it was overcast and 60 degrees when I went to a ball game and the jacket was comfortable but the sun came out and temperature rose to 70, jacket got warm, can't take it off, all my stuff is in it. Unzipped and removed the sleeves and the vest was comfortable. Had to put the sleeves in the side pockets which added a lot of bulk while sitting at the stadium. Overall workmanship and design are excellent, it takes time and use to figure all the pockets out.

Zip off Sleeves are Great for HEMO Dialysuis Patients.
Love this jacket. Particularly the zip off sleeves. I am a HEMO Dialysis patient and dialysis centers keep the rooms where they give treatments freezing all year long. I bought this jacket because I knew the micro fleece would keep me warm and the detachable sleeves would give easy access to my fistula site. It works better than expected. The fit is just right and I am impressed with the quality of materials.

So uhhhh quite useless if u ask me
Used this on spring for. A Barcelona trip(pickpocket capital of the world) and as someone before mentioned in the coments, this jacket is too hot for spring, autumn, summer, but too cold for winter. So uhhhh quite useless if u ask me. Besides it's very heavy. Love the inside pockets .

nice, but not for the price
It feels nice, but not as a $200 jacket. It does not feel too different from the 'fleece 5.0', which was $140. As 'comfy', it compares to a hoodie

A must for techies and airport security.
Makes airport security a breeze. Just have iPad, phone, etc. in it and lay it on the conveyor belt. More room in luggage and easy to access.

GREAT jacket!!!!
It has a little weight to it to make it warm. This was a gift for my husband for our trip to Europe and he LOVES it!
