Cooks Quickly and Has a Pleasant Homemade Taste
I used this moong dal for preparing dal, khichdi, and light soups, and it performed very well across all recipes. The lentils were uniform in appearance, free from impurities, and softened quickly during cooking. The texture after cooking was smooth without becoming overly mushy, and the flavor blended nicely with simple seasonings. Full of bugs
I use this product, new shipment received is full of small bugs. You can get them out by putting the dry dahl in a strainer, and bounce them around, they will fall out as they are very small.
