Adjustable Wrist Weights 1/2 lb to 1 lb Set of 2 (.5, Medium 6" - 8")

My 92 year old father, who has suffered from AR tremors for about 6 months, can finally eat a meal again without half of his food/drink on the table & floor... what a gift this has been for him!The wrist weights are very well made, and with weights that are thin, don't add any bulk to his wrists, making them much more attractive and comfortable for him.Great product, I'd recommend whole-heartedly to everyone.

One wrist band - weight fell out. Instead of replacing the whole unit, I got a new band. Try figuring out how to insert the weight. I gave up and threw out the product. Very poor customer service.

slip over your hand, tuck in steel tabs and go running. Only a couple ounces per wrist. Wouldn't wear for more than an hour.

I liked the fact that the item arrived quickly...as promised. What I didn't like was the effect it had on my tempo and rhythm. Not the products fault...just the affect that improper weighting can have.

The size medium is tight. I always thought my wrist were smallish. Lol i guess not. I should wear a size 8 in a chain bracelet. I need a large in these wrist weights. I bought for my tremors. I haven't needed to use for them yet. My meds are helping

Nothing to write home about. I mis read the information and didn't realize they were as light as they were. Too lazy to return them.

Some days my tremors are severe and interfere especially with eating. These wrist weights help along with weighted utensils. I will try both of these with a family member who has worse tremors.

These wrist weights are slide ins and not appropriate for the elderly common tremors, as elderly adults have great difficulty getting them on and off.
