recently replaced this item. previous model of hotpoint washer dryer 9kg worked for 7 years which was good enough so i replaced ithopefully would give similar service . good and reliable product easy to use. quieter than previous model

I bought this 4 years ago and its still going strong used almost daily for a family of 4 no problems at all even a man can understand the programs!!!!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Love the dispenser (it’s not a drawer), easy to use, has pre-set settings but these can be tweaked. The door is wide opening but not 180 degrees. The wash is quiet, the rinse is quiet, the pump comes as a noisy shock when the machine’s emptying. Cleans well, very happy.

Great size drum and excellent spin speed. LOTS of cycles to choose from. The communication from the seller was very good, I was kept up-to-date with delivery arrival times, arrived on time, very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend this seller as great product and service.

Considering I purchased this on the 10th of June and Amazon states that it would be delivered between 11th-16th June, it was delivered yesterday, 10th.Nice, easy to use Washing Machine.This was bought to replace our Samsung Machine which broke down not long hour of warranty.Easy to follow instructions, nice and quiet. Had Hotpoint all my life, had this washing machine for two months and it stopped working, called Amazon they said to call the seller, called the seller they said to get in touch with Hotpoint. Hotpoint said if it’s your electric that is at fault you will have to pay a £55 call out fee! I’m like hold on a minute this washing machine is only 2 months old!!! Not happy would really like to have this collected as the engineer said this is a common fault with this machine! 😒😒
