Backpack is as pictured and of a nice quality.It has an outer bottle holder and the price is great.It did not come with instructions on how to connect a phone. to use the outer controls. or how to use a battery back-up.I would also like to know suggestions on what/how to use all of the straps for.When I, a PRIME member, contacted AMAZON, for the instruction sheet or how-to website, they said to contact the manufacturer and Amazon didn't have any contact information to share.(this is what I could find [email protected] At this site you need to leave an email message and your contact info)

I believe it’s a great product. I like the ability of being able to use my battery back for my phone n other things. Along with the fact u can connect headset or speakers as needed. I haven’t had to really use in the rain yet. Space there could be more space added but it works for me right now.Great for a quick trip but there is no space any thing else so u would have to take a small bag for other items.

This backpack looks terrific - it's the perfect size and aesthetically appealing.Unfortunately it smells horrendous. It's a strong chemical odor that you can smell several feet away. I don't carry it on my back because I can smell it so strongly. I've even washed it to no avail.The locking mechanism is confusing and the instructions aren't helpful. I didn't buy it for the lock so I'm not too bothered by it.It's still new so I'm sure with time and washing the odor will fade. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars at this time. I will update my review if anything changes.

This backpack is pretty spiffy,I really like the locking capability. Of course, it’s never a good idea to leave your bag unattended as someone could cut it open or something, but at least it looks cool. The straps and material feel pretty cheap and smelled a little chemical-y at first. After airing it out for a long time it smells fine. I use it as a camera bag to store and carry all of my go-pro supplies.It’s pretty spacious and can fit enough for a short trip

I wasn't a big fan of this bag at first but it's grown on me. It does what I need it too. I use it for work. I keep snacks and kitchen supplies in it. It's tight on space even for that. The anti theift wasn't clear on how it worked so at first I thought it was dumb, but it seems to keep people(OUT OF THE MAIN POCKET ONLY!) I haven't tested the waterproofing and if I was using this as a hiking or camping bag I would definitely go with something bigger with outside straps. This is a nice office or work bag tho.

Nice sized backpack to fit the stuff that is needed. I took this on my trip to Japan and was able to fit my laptop, switch, books, cables, a water bottle, and other utilities. Felt comfortable to wear even when trekking all over Japan. The only downfall I had was the inline stitching of the front compartment ripping out. I'll most likely sew it back together myself.

I bought this for my friend I for her birthday because we regularly go on trips together. I really like all the features and the padlock is a really creative addition. Its lightweight but I think the quality might be a little cheap. The strap fasteners are very thin and could easily be broken when stuffing too many items in it, like you may do when traveling. The fabric is very thin as well. I bought my backpack off of Amazon for a few and it seems to be a lot nicer quality.

The backpack itself is nice. I really hated that I had to do ALL the ties. It wasn't just ready to go. Otherwise I would have given it an extra star

After 2 weeks both zippers broke. The worst backpack I’ve ever had my first one from a unknown brand and last one. Go for real stores backpacks not this trash exported from china.To make it worse they didn’t have exchange so I need to return it.

Payed a lot of money for this bag only to have it fall apart 2 days after using itGarbageSo disappointed
