This spirulina has a mild flavor and I've used it in smoothies and mixed it with water. I like everything about it except it's very hard to get blended or mixed completely. It clumps a bit and you really have to work to get it (mostly) mixed in. It won't keep me from buying it again though.

This product has health warnings that are hard to read and should have more visual on the front of the package, I highly disappointed. When you read organic you expect the best quality.
