Does not appear to be original Sharp brand film
Seemed to be marketed as Sharp fax refills, but when we received it, it is not Sharp brand. It does however seem to work better in our machine than the Office Depot replacement option which is what is offered by our local office supply store.

UX-3CR is for Sharp model numbers:
I bought these rolls of imaging film in June 2003. According to the package, they are for the following Sharp model numbers: UX-300, UX-305, UX-340L, UX-340LM, UX-345L, UX-355L, UX-355LR, UX-460, and UX-465L.Also, just in case it's not clear to you, there are two rolls, 98 feet each, in the package.I agree with other customers here -- this is a pricey way to print faxes. I try to receive and print most on my PC, but my UX-355L is great for sending.

Misleading Adverstising
After ordering this product dozens of times from various sellers, (and always with the same item number: UX-3CR), I tried ordering directly from Sharp through Amazon because it was a (deceptively) cheaper deal. However, considering there is only one roll of fax film in the box, I didn't get much of a deal at all. Beware that this is only a single pack of fax film, which is in fact not stated anywhere on the product page.

Nice surprise. .
Very good product and am pleased that it works so well. I did not realize that two rolls would come when I ordered the ribbon so was surprised when opening the package. Nice dark print and you can read the page quite well!

They work Great.
The fax rolls work great. When I first bought my Sharp UX-355l fax machine, the thermal fax rolls were kind of expensive. Now that I have been buying them from sellers on Amazon, you can't beat the price, and get crisp, clear printouts. Thanks again Amazon.

Great for the Price
You don't get a lot of work out of this, but it prints well and for the price you get enough work to be satisfied.

Hard-to-find ribbon for my old-fashioned fax
The old fax machine I bought in the late '90s still works and is still in use. This was the real-deal, Sharp-brand ribbon and I am happy to have it. The alternative brands are not as good and the original Sharp replacements are getting harder to find.
