Yes. I love the keto Bhb product. I have a ketomojo test meter to test the keytone levels . I purposely knocked myself out of ketosis to track exactly what these keto bhb supplements do. They literally had me back in nutritional ketosis in under 24 hours. I went from testing lo to 0.6 in 7 hours flat. I have not ever used exogenous keytones but I am sold on these. I honestly like this product. I have used other products but they made me feel agitated and without energy.This product did the opposite. I noticed an increased in energy which helped me exercise better. It controlled my appetite. I was able to loose 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I love that they are pills instead of the powder. The powder usually has an after taste that I don't like.I will definitely keep using this pills until I reach my goal. Thank you.

I liked this Keto Diet BHB pills. They are in capsules and i really like to use it instead of Keto Powder. I can take it with me to the gym and use it everywhere. There is no taste compare to the taste that all powders have. It’s suppressed my appetite and helps me to get into ketosis very fast. I am feeling more energy to do my daily exersises.If you can’t use keto powder so this keto pills is really the best solution.

I took this product for a month & did not see a difference! The only thing it did was make me pee a lot. I did not lose pounds or inches. It works a a water pill.
