Wow! Love this tank!
Yes, it was expensive. But it also comes with everything but a heater (if you want tropicals). I got the 16 gallon which gives my guppies more room. And more room for decor for me. Check out reviews of tanks. Biorb are high quality. And they are very responsive if you have a problem. They sent me a new remote when mine wouldn't work without a lot of hassle.Everything in my tanks are biorb. Here's my recommendations:Double the amount of ceramic media they give you. More media means more good bacteria. It's worth the extra money.Put in small fish at 1 inch per gallon. Don't overstock!Don't overfeed! I learned the hard way too.Change water at least once a week. At least 30%, more if testing indicates a problem or if water is looking bad. Use a vacuum to get rid of yuck on bottom.Use seachem prime and stability with every water change and as needed by directions. I do 1 drop per two gallons 3x a week for first few months. I also add seachem pristine per direction once a week for first few months.I sometimes have diatoms. If decor starts looking brown I change all decor and clean it with hot water and old toothbrush if necessary. Bubble tube gets cleaned, interior side of tank gets cleaned and filter and air stone replaced (every 3 mo). Excess diatoms usually corresponds to nitrates so that means I change more water and add prime. That's my only repeated prob. But I stay on top of it so media doesn't get full of diatoms. My guppies love to eat the diatoms so as long as it's not brown I don't worry.I don't have plants in mine in the usual sense. Doesn't make sense to me to have roots in the media. But I have lots of marino balls.I really believe in Biorb tanks. If you pay attention and are consistent they really are relatively low maintenance. Mostly I just love looking at this tank. It's a work of living art!

I LOVE MY CUBE!!!!!
I absolutely love my Cube!!! It has such a unique look about it which is exactly what I was going for. I actually had purchased the round BioOrb prior, but got over it really quickly as it was not the adequate space I wanted for my betta fish. This cube is sooooo dreamy and my fish Norman has been the happiest I’ve seen him. I’ve had no issues with the filter so far and the LED changing lights are also a super neat option for changing the mood. I still think it looks best with white lights (and keep it on white lights most the time) in case you’re on the fence about spending more for the color changing lights. My only dislike about this cube is that the opening on the top of the tank is kind of small and inconvenient when I’m reaching in to change, move or clean. Other than that, this is an awesome tank !

The easiest to maintain tank I've ever had
The media could not be loaded. Love this tank. The filter & pump is concealed & it looks so nice. Had it about a year now. Very happy with it.

Beautiful but not functional…. Very Disappointed!!
While this tank is absolutely gorgeous, it is not functional. The filtration system doesn’t work worth a crap and it leaves all the decorations (BioOrb Brand name only) and the tank itself dirty. Thought it might have just been the type of food I was using but it does it with every type! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

So disappointed, filter is awful and light compartment keeps filling with water
I have 2 of these, unfortunately, and constant problems! Thought they were so pretty and unique, love the look but the filteration is awful and the LED compartment that is covered and supposed to be sealed has water inside from evaporation! Now I’m terrified to use the light at risk of an electrical fire.Additionally because old food and fish poop just collects under the rocks I have a constant battle with ammonia. When you stir around the rocks to vacuum out all the crud it completely disrupts the biofilter (good bacteria that is supposed to live in the rocks and keep ammonia under control)

Worth buying yes !!!
Very good quality, sturdy, elegant and modern. The right size of your looking to be in the middle of wanting to have up to a dozen fishes. Cleaning is somewhat easy but a little challenging to get fish out for transferring them to another tank while you have to the cleaning

Beautiful tank!
Love the Biorb Cube! Did not have any problem with the size of the hole on top when setting up the decorations. I think it’s a gorgeous tank. Will update after cleaning or experiencing any issues. Has only been running 1 day. :)

So cute!
It looks absolutely amazing. So beautiful, goes as homes decor!! Quite hard to clean since the top whole is very small. Also, takes 48 hours to set up before can add fish in.
