I am not a medical professional so don't take my recommendation as appropriate medical advice but as someone that has dealt with cervical issues most of my 38 years of life this pillow is amazing. I have little to no curve in my cervical spine and really have to consistently work at do things to help create one. This pillow was perfect for that!! It is like an oversized pool noodle that fits perfectly into the curve of the neck allowing you to get some stretch through the front of the neck and allowing enough distance to get some shape in that curve. I haven't used the suction cups because I like to slightly adjust it throughout my bath and don't feel they are necessary but they seem to stick well when I tried them out. My tub does not have enough space between the edge of the tub and the wall so this worked better than most of the other ones I tried. It's also short enough to be able to bring my arms up over my head and stretch out my chest. Turning it the long way also helps with opening up all those forward rotated muscles from daily life. Ireally look at this as a part of my neck therapy rather than a spa pillow but I can't see any reason why you couldn't.

I have purchased several different bath pillows for jacuzzi tub, they all have the suction cups that are connected right to the back of the pillow. Everyone of them would fill up with water. These small pillows (I got two) have zipper cloth covers, and loops with suction cups to connect to the tub. Much better idea, easier to clean and no water filled sponge to mold.

I looked and looked for a bath pillow that would work in a bathtub with flat sides. This appeared to be the answer. I finally received it and tried it out, and it worked GREAT! I might actually buy another one so I never have to deal with another bath pillow that doesn't work again. I'm almost 70, so hopefully each one will last about ten years! ha

I haven't had it long, but it is the perfect design - no more squeezing air out to wash it! I've used it about 5 or 6 times and it's still bright white clean (not like others). I know I'll be purchasing only this bath pillow from now on. I'll let you know when I order the next one how long it lasted and what the wear/tear is like.

I was looking for a bath pillow of this size for awhile. Most of them are just too big. I am able to have my neck supported comfortably while soaking & watching dvds in my tub. Very good value & the right size. I am 5’10” 157 lbs.

I’m so impressed by the suction cup power! This was great! For my comfort I didn’t fully inflate the pillow, and I love that this makes it adjustable.

I have bought this pillow twice now. It is the perfect amount of cushion without pushing your head too far forward. It also has a very nice cover that isn't plastic so it doesn't stick to the back of your neck. The only reason I bought a new one is because mine was getting too moldy.

This pillow is perfect for using in our hot tub. The lounge seat has a super hard head rest that was at a very uncomfortable angle. We stick this to the hot tub right over the existing head rest and lightly inflate the pillow so it cradles your head perfectly. We bring it inside each time after use and hand in the shower to drip dry. Looks perfect so far.
