Was very weary of buying gold online. Did a lot of research and felt like we’d try this purchase. Bought this for our teenage son for Christmas. Wanted to see how it would hold up before commenting. After 8 months it has not broken. It is lighter but for the price point I knew it would not be heavy in ounces but it doesn’t feel like it’s hollow either. The Cuban link chain is beautiful. We did a lot of research on the mm size and opted for a 3.5mm one and thankfully it looks great on his neck. I personally would not go any smaller for a guy’s neck. The chain was as advertised & we had no problems with the merchant, billing or shipping. Completely satisfied by this experience.

The necklace broke within 6 hours of receiving it. Cheaply made. Paying $500 for a necklace and then having it break that fast, and to top it off, it was a Christmas present. So upset with this whole thing.

I bought The World Jewelry Center 14k REAL Yellow Gold Solid Men's 3.5mm Cuban Curb Chain Necklace as a Christmas present for my son. It fits him well. My only observation is that it seems too yellow compared to the other 14k jewelry that I have. The 14k jewelry that I have is not as bright yellow, even after cleaning with the same ultrasonic cleaner that jewelers use, which makes me doubt its quality. I live about 30 miles from the nearest city, so did not take the chain to a jeweler to verify its metal content. I'm just suspicious.

Very nice chain. I didn’t realize how expensive a real gold chain cost. Compared to other chains available in stores and online, this was priced very competitively. It was a gift for my 15 yr old son. His first gold chain. He immediately put it on, he received many compliments. Very nice for a boy’s first chain. I’m pleased with my purchase. It might be too small for an adult male. A bit delicate but overall very nice.

So this chain is thin. I recommend getting a small (choker) size. I bought the 18” version, and it is both well-made and beautiful. If you want a longer chain (20” to 24”), I would seek a larger chain (5mm to 10mm depending on your budget. But for a choker, this chain is perfect.

The necklace was exactly what was shown in the picture. I bought it as a gift. It arrived earlier than expected and is a really nice necklace.

This yellow gold SOLID chain is f**cling aluminum!!! I WILL be returning it for a full refund and some compensation for my troubles and embarrassment. I got this tested at the Las Vegas Gold and Silver Pawn Shop. I wanted a longer SOLID GOLD chain. The employee there laughed at me and proved to me that it was silver, NOT SOLID GOLD!!! He then offered me nothing for it. VERY UPSETTING!!!
