Comfort for long haul and steep hill - both road and gravel!
While saddle choice depends on body type, fit, and riding style, this saddle works perfectly for me! In fact, I now own TWO :) I ride BOTH endurance road AND long distance gravel bikes. I bought my first for the gravel bike. I ride miles of steep gravel roads in the Northeast.Unlike paved roads, the gravel roads really require that I stay seated on the uphills to avoid losing traction - the saddle is so comfortable for this! Not only is the padding sufficient for long and varied endurance rides, but the overall size and shape, combined with the outer material and solid construction, create a saddle that transitions effortlessly and painlessly from 40 mph downhill to 4mph uphill.On the pave roads, this saddle is a perfect complement to my carbon frame; I can pedal for hours on open road at 20+ and I honestly don't even feel the saddle, other than that it is comfortable on my rear.Lastly, it's just a great looking saddle! I highly recommend!!

Great saddle!
I've used a lot of saddle for mountain biking and Selle Italia has become my favorite. The drop nose is great for sliding to the tip for steep climbs and the open center canal makes this a comfy seat for long rides. And this color matches the sidewalls of my tires - bonus!

Decent saddle, too much padding
Nice, quality seems to be lacking compared to my other Selle Italia saddle, really nice color, a bit more padding than I like

Very comfortable
Very comfortable. I can ride several hours without “butt rot”. Bought this for my gravel bike and have been quite pleased. The break-in period was about 150 miles.

quality seat
looks and functions are top-notch. Selle Italia won't let you down and you won't be disappointed. comfortable and looks really nice.

Stains pants
Saddle is very comfortable but leaves brown marks on pants after riding long distances. Bought it for my commuter and ruined 2 pairs of work pants. Should be fine if you ride in bibs or gym shorts.

For the long rides
Was skeptical paying this price for a seat but after researching it was ready to buy. After a few hundred kilometres I made the right decision. By far and away the best seat for long rides I have ever had. Spend the money and save yourself future pain!!

Endlich habe ich meinen Sattel gefunden.Finde es hier schwer diesen zu bewerten, denn am Ende ist es bei jedem anders. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, auch optisch macht er was her.

Enfin une selle sportive et confortable.
Selle choisie pour le gravel, montée et essayée cet après midi.Le résultat est au delà de mes espérances.Courte et on retrouve immédiatement son assise ,la zone périnéale est protégée et pas d'engourdissement au niveau du périnée.Je réfléchis pour avoir la même sur un vélo de route.
