This handheld tool opens documents bound together with SecureBind strips (also referred to as GBC VeloBind strips). This tool has an encased blade that cuts the pins, which then releases the bound pages - all without pieces flying into the air or into someone's eye! This tool is a great companion for any VeloBind machine, especially if documents need to have pages added or removed or if secure documents are no longer in use (and are being prepared to be shredded).
