Does the umbrella protect against falling concrete like in the picture?

Try using it as a parachute too. Works fantastically 10/10

How to claim the life time warranty, in case something goes wing with umbrella?

They told me that they would replace the umbrella if it breaks.

Hi I bought this some months ago and thinking of re-buying it. Can't see the lifetime guarantee anymore. Why??

Probably because the quality is not the same as they used to be..certainly the one I bought was rubbish compared to the previous one's..

How to contact customer services? About the warranty detail

Wish I read these before. Mine has also broken after 2-3 uses. Amazon have said to contact the seller directly which is a pain.
