Sun Joe ION16LM-BLD Replacement Blade for iON16LM, Black

I like this blade for my mower because it is made by the same company that makes the mower. Sometimes you pay a premium for OEM parts, but this is not the case - reasonable pricing.Blade installed easily with a single ratchet and socket. Loosten, replace the blade on the plastic guide, and tighten. Install takes about 2 minutes.Best of all, the new blade is sharp and cuts grass very well. I can sharpen the old blade for when this one goes dull.Arrived in plastic packaging - like a retail product. Quality material.

My old blade was dull from hitting rocks and other objects on the lawn. Easy to replace and my lawn mower was back to normal!

Not a whole lot to say about this as you know what you are buying. Super easy to install on my mower, just follow the directions and takes maybe 1 minute. Took it right out and cut the grass after installing it and it eats grass like butter. I was surprised it was not razor sharp, it was more like dull sharp, but it ate the grass up. Sturdy light metal, hopefully it will last!

Mowed a landscape brick and bought this to replace the resulting damaged blade. Factory-made replacement for the original, with easy-to-follow instructions. A 5-minute job (not counting finding my 13mm ratchet and putting it away).

A hardened steel blade would have been better, but this is typical Chinese hardened pot metal.

I have a SunJoe 48V 16" iON+ Lawn Mower that the manufacturer no longer has parts for. There are NO aftermarket blades that will fit, so my mower is useless to me. I purchased it the end of October 2022. Will not buy another product from SunJoe/SnowJoe.
