Sub Winter Warm Outdoor Thermal Snood Neck Warmer - Multi Use Outdoor Tube Scarf for Riding, Hiking, Skiing, Fishing, Camping, Outdoor Activities

Struggling to get a neck warmer/snood that I'm 100% happy with. This is very nearly there, certainly good enough to keep. Note that I got the black/red version, looks like the first picture only, i.e. a very dark textured grey. A lot smarter than the smooth look. Its very similar to my olive Highlander which defeated the beast from the east so I expect this one will perform similarly as well as being much smarter. The only improvement I'd like, and it has cost it a star, is that I'd like a drawcord like the Highlander. Its possible with a smaller head it might not stay up over nose and mouth if that is how the user intended to wear it.

I don't think it's been mentioned before but this snood has been purposely designed to be reversible and comes complete with the black 'sub' logo on the red fleece side. In my opinion, the red side looks better than the black side but this is a matter of opinion and depends on what colours you are wearing it with. At the time of writing this review, there are two identical pictures of the black side on the Amazon page. Maybe the seller should update one of the images to show just how good the red side looks with a black logo and seam, too?This simple piece of clothing is effective and less fussy than a scarf. Not that scarves are fussy, just less so! Pull it over yer bonce and away you go!P.S.Another reviewer mentioned a 'smell' as though it had been stored in damp conditions. I'm happy to report this just smelt of fresh new clothing, straight out of the unopened sub-branded polythene bag.P.P.S.Apparently, 'Snood' rhymes with 'food'; not 'hood'... just in case you were wondering but were too afraid to ask!

I love these and bought several for family members at Christmas. They are soft and comfortable, great for keeping out cold winds, sit over a collar or under it and can even be pulled up over ears. They wash and wear well and are also great to wear indoors when you are under the weather with a sore throat. The only disadvantage is that the fabric attracts hairs, so if you have long hair you may end up having to pick loose hairs off your neck warmer regularly.

All the reviews are right. These things are awesome. I now own two.The purple one isn’t as good as my blue one, purely because of the scratchy tag on the inside, but I’m still happy with it.They are light, easy to put on and so warm. I would be lost in winter without this.Highly rrecommend and would happily buy again.

This was not long enough to cover my neck and pull up over my head at the same time, so the word "snood" is not appropriate. It is just a shortish tube of very flimsy fabric which you might prefer to a scarf. I should have know what I was getting for the price.On the plus side you could remove the label and wear it colour side out, if that is what you want.

I really love this snood, I do a lot of delivery driving so I'm forever working in the cold in the autumn and winter, it keeps my neck and face warm.The fabric is lovely and soft with just the right elascitiy.I losty other one recently and felt the cold on my neck, it's essential for me to keep my neck free from stiffness so I immediately bought a new oneDelivered the next day, great service all round.

Bought for my husband who works outdoors & scarves get lost and get in the way of his work. He thinks this is the best thing ever! Keeps him warm and is also light weight and not bulky to wear. He has requested another one for good wear now! It doesn't get a better recommendation than that!Highly recommend!Have bought a second one now as part of xmas present as they are so good!

I purchased this product for winter golf and walks.It is a great asset to winter clothing.It is a good product from an excellent supplier (had a small amount of confusion that the supplier IMMEDIATELY corrected). So 5+ stars for Sub Sports.
