Dear Amazon/customer service. I am so disappointed in the use of my kettle. Thy are the most beautiful kettle I loved them so much , that I made gifts of them. But to my surprise I used mine not very often only to find that it doesn’t work this morning . I didn’t even get twenty dollars use of it , I’m so upset and disappointed .it would be nice of you to gift me one.Thank you.

This is a really pretty addition to my kitchen. It is, I believe, even prettier in person than the illustration might indicate. It is easy to fill from the kitchen faucet. It is easy to clean. It heats up quickly and shuts off automatically. I am not sure what other features I could require. I will say this, the blue strip around the bottom of the pot was somewhat difficult for my arthritic fingers to negotiate removing. If a pull tab was added to make it easier to remove that would be nice, but honestly, it's one of my favorite Amazon purchases.

I really didn't understand why all of my friends liked their electric tea kettles so much until I got one. I found it produces boiling water really fast, and I have come to rely on it more and more. Makes a cuppa pdq. This particular pot looks pretty cute on my beverage bar, so I leave it out, therefore making it even more handy. Merry Christmas to me!

I'm very sad and disappointed with this purchase. First of all the color of the flowers are more dingy than the picture. They aren't as bright. Also the print is messed up on one side. (I'll add a picture asap). THEN, most importantly, the inside of the kettle smells like chlorine!! This taints the water when you boil it. Totally useless. I've tried soaking it in vinegar and have washed it MANY times. I've also soaked with lemon essential oil (that cleans anything that is cleanable!). To pay $50+ and shipping on top of that you would think it would be a great product. Definitely going to contact the seller - hope I can return it as I"ve already thrown away the packaging.

This was a gift for my 87-year-old mom. I got it for the small size and the automatic shutoff for my mom, which works great. It is also really pretty and looks nice on the kitchen counter. She loves it. The price is a little high but it is perfect for Mom.

It is so pretty and heats up quickly. It's kinda hard to put it back on it's base though.

This is a wonderful water heater. Quick and just as beautiful as the teapots I use it to fill. Love having it sitting out on my counter. Nice ceramic. Turns itself off when the water boils. Perfect!

I love my hot water kettle. It came when it said it would and packed well. It looks wonderful on my counter and just the right size for me. I make 2 or 3 cups of coffee and tea a day and still have enough for another 2 or 3 cups if I fill it. So much better than those made of plastic, you just clean with soap and water, you don't want to emerse it,just wash the inside and wipe the outside. Would highly recommend it. Have had it and use it every day for a couple of months now. LOVE it.
