This is the best body cleanse on the market. I have been using this cleanse for nearly 20 years and can honestly say that it does what is advertised and will read your body of toxins and give you a sense of well-being. I make sure I drink lots of kombucha T during the cleanse to keep the good bacteria flowing and it’s a must have for me. I use this cleanse 2x a year spaced out every 6 months and has worked wonders. I believe it’s the best on the market and I have used many different brands. For me, this is my favorite!

Here are my thoughts on this product. The taste of the fiber supplement is fine, cinnamon/apple type flavor that in my opinion is not too overpowering. It is a convenient, everything in one box type purge for your system; however, I would caution the user to proceed carefully. Two doses of the fiber packet were taxing on my system in that they caused cramping but never much of an increase in frequency of bathroom trips. As such I cut the doseage down by 1/2 and those symptoms disappeared while doing what the product was meant to do. My guess is you could easily piece together components of this system much cheaper on your own (ca. 1/2 the price) but this is a good first start for someone wanting to attempt a cleansing of their GI tract.

This is going to be a TMI post, so reader beware. For starters, the apple cinnamon flavor is very palatable, especially in apple juice. Similar flavor to cider. Once you make the drink, make sure you drink it immediately or the texture begins to change and stuff settles to the bottom. Smooth texture for the most part. Secondly, the first few days were intense with lots of gas movement(uncomfortable!) and BMs. You can’t tell what’s a fart, and what’s a bowel movement. Depending how much you’re backed up, probably depends on how much you go. Within that 3 days I had a poop the shape of my intestine and one part of it looked flat like it had been pushed to the side at one point for another to pass. The cleanse is doing it job. After a few days, intensity and frequency slowed down quite a bit, and motivated me to finish the cleanse out. The box states to get maximum results, exercise and eat a balanced diet. While I didn’t ace that part, I still feel like my mental focus improved some, but I can’t verify it as my sleep schedule was off prior to the cleanse. As with any cleanse, there’s a possibility to have to poop in the middle of the night if you haven’t emptied much during the day. This only happened 2 times to me. Highly recommend you try this cleanse.

The first time I took this.Wow, were talking energy that lasted for a ling long time like years. I remembered the difference it made because I was working two jobs 60 plus hours a week. And was always exhausted and depressed about it. Once I took this product I saw a huge difference in my energy....i started to wake up without an alarm and was up on the go for years....Not to mention itbtook away pain from my right side under the rib...maybe gallbladder or liver related. So many things...another thing was I didn't catch a cold for 3 years maybe longer.I guarantee to do it and the diet is not as strict other Detox programs out there.

Terrible almost went go to the hospital I don't know what happened. I just drank it two days and stopped. I had a massive break out on my face with very bad inflammation and a fever for 11 days
