High quality product, well designed and perfect for the job.
TV stand with tilt and turn features. Everything is screwed or bolted together and the fixings are top quality with threaded holes for some of the machine screws. The instructions are in picture format with some text, and my only issue is the pictures, which should be a little larger. There are a number of stages to assembly, and there are instructions for each stage. What I really liked (and this is the second one I have bought this year) are the clear instructions on which parts by reference to numbered parts, and the numbered parts being in individual clear plastic wallets. Just open the wallets for each instruction as you get to it and you will be pleased with result. A minor irritation was attaching the plastic trim to the mounting bar - very small screws needing a small Philips screwdriver. This is the only plastic part that involved in the assembly other than the turntable trim with the maker's name on. The TV will be hooked and secured to a vertical column, and the column is mounted on a turntable that is mounted on a very sturdy glass base. Assembling the turntable requires a proper reading of the instructions, but is very well engineered and when put together is very robust. A number of different bolt/screws are supplied to cover different mounting designs, together with a range of spacers to cover a range of different hole depths. I have had the first one I bought since April 2020, and it shows no sign of weakness or poor construction at all, despite being used constantly to swing TV around. I am very impressed by this product, but you must read the instructions carefully before starting and be prepared to refer to them at every stage. If you do, it will be well worth the effort.

Good TV Stand
I needed a stand for a 49" Sony & had to choose between this one & some of the others which are £10 or so cheaper. I'm glad I went for this one as it's very sturdy with a thick steel column & heavy duty tilt bracket. The swivel function works very smoothly & although it seems as if it stiff when you are assembling the stand it's just right when the TV is attached. The latches work well but as others have said they don't fix the TV to the stand as you can still slide it on the horizontal bracket. Personally I don't think this is an issue & I'm not sure why anyone would be concerned about it unless you're using it on a boat. The instructions are perfectly clear & each item is well labelled in a long sealed plastic bag. One little thing that impressed me is that you use each item in the order they are sealed into the bag; it's very minor but shows someone has put thought into it. Assembly is not terrifically complex but there are quite a few steps to go through so it's not complely trivial. You will need a couple of Phillips screwdrivers as these aren't included. The one area that might be improved is around the fasteners that fix the vertical brackets to the TV. The designers have a difficult task as they are trying to offer a way of fixing brackets onto a huge number of different TVs each of which needs a particular bolt of a particular length. I was fortunate in that the Sony was supplied with four screws in the Vesa mount holes but if it had not been then I would have had to try using the stand off pillars supplied with the mount. All in all an excellent product & I'm glad a spent a few extra pounds.

Fabulous customer service.
I own one of these as well as a wall mounting bracket. I found it relatively easy to put together, took my time and took around an hour. I have no complaints, its very sturdy and looks very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.The most important thing though is the customer service. I'm a little worried about buying the wrong thing or it not suiting or not being able to put something together so spoke to the company beforehand. The help i got was amazing, i spent an hour on the phone going through things just for a £40 bracket. Nothing was too much trouble, i got the feeling that they genuinely wanted to help me and the eased my mind. When i bought a wall mounting bracket for a conservatory that is still to be built i asked them a couple of questions about the that and they gave me very good advice about the fixings to use dependent on what type of wall i would be drilling into. The advice was so good i've been able to go to the builders and change the type of breeze block they are going to use to build it. remember, this is after i have purchased the bracket, they arent chasing a sale. The Tv currently on the TV stand is going into the conservatory and i had a question about the TV that i propose to change it to. Back came a detailed diagram of the different height settings so i could gauge where the new TV would be. again, this is after they had made a sale. The products are great and the customer service out of this world. I'm totally happy and would recommend their products.
