Love this machine. Easy to use and clean!

My parents own a different version of the De'Longhi's fully automated espresso machine, but I couldn't find that one online, so decides to go with this one. Brand new, all working great as expected.Definitely easy to use and provide high quality espresso shots for daily uses.

We just love this espresso maker! We traded this in for another DeLonghi that was over 11 years old… Very durable and makes scrumptious espresso, lattes etc

This is our second Magnifica. The last one lasted 8 years. Great machine if you want fresh ground coffee for every cup…

I've been using Magnificas since 2012, this is our fourth machine. After the first dump of grind pucks, there are unused grounds in the base of the cleanout water tray. Just three days ago it stopped grinding, though the grinder was trying to grind, we had to assist the beans into the grinder to get it to work, this has happened two times now. This is very disappointing and I think if it does it again I will return it!

I love this DeLonghi, however, when I bought the refurbished one, the milk frother was not working properly, so I had to return it and buy the new one, I'm thankful that I was able to get the same model in a brand new state for $100 less that this refurbished one in the black friday deals
