I love this bold and slightly piquant oil. I use it for cooking and also as a dip for bread. My high opinion of it may be a bit biased, because in May 2014 I spent a few nights at the Mandranova agriturismo, outside of Agrigento, Sicily, where this oil is produced, and I had a wonderful time there. I was given a tour of the room where the olives are pressed and the oil is bottled. The whole set up is high class, yet intimate. And the people behind the oil are delightful. No wonder the stuff is so good.

One of the best evoos I have had. Favor is spectacular. The oil is good on pasta, salads and almost anything else you want to use it for. Highly recommended.
