The stress relief pad is my best friend. The functionality and ease of use is good. They pads are soft and weighted so with the heat they always sooth and provide pain relief when I use them. This is a great design as they have many different options to sooth all areas if the body.

I purchased four cervical pads 18 months ago and I store them in a hydrocollator at a set temperature. In the past month I had three that deteriorated and started leaking. While the price 25% less than other manufactures the life of the product is also 25% less if not more. I like the product and the price but now I know to factor in the replacement cost.

the mold is coming out of the pack after using it for 2 weeks. This is for a chiropractic office and we use these hot packs for a while (6 months) before alk the mod starts to come out. Also my new hot pack covers are all getting black and ruined because of the bad quality of these hot packs. This is not a good product . I definately do not recommend this

I soaked this in boiling water for Half an hour and wrapped it in a towel. It provides moist heat for at least 20 minutes or more. This really works but don’t waste your money on the holder and use a towel.

This product was so much work. You have to do so much to get it heated and it doesn't last long, however, for as long as it does stay hot it does help but again it's not for a long period of time. I suggest you search around for another option/product before purchasing this item.

As a professional massage therapist, these are good performing packs made of quality, durable materials. Make sure you follow prep and care instructions and always keep them at proper temps to prevent smelly bacterial growth. Store in freezer when not it use.

It works well for pain but doesnt lasting. I kept it in water like they do at physio but after it sat not being heated up it got moldy. I cant seem to get rid of the black dots. No answers on it so im assuming its gargage now.
