Needless complicated, but functional
Not the worst in-ear headphones I've ever had, but not the best. The sound quality is decent, about the quality I expected from a relatively cheap pair of earbuds. The headphone seems to work just fine; haven't had any complaints yet (although because of its placement, it's easy to accidentally lay your chin on it and mute yourself). Most of my critiques about these come from their shape. They're sport headphones, which I suppose means they wrap up wards over the ear and hang down behind. I've found that the little plastic forms that you can clip the wires into that keep it in the shape of your ear are no help whatsoever. They actually seem to make it less likely that the headphones will stay on, so I discarded them almost instantly. After extended wear, I find that they are a little uncomfortable, although this could be because I haven't found the correct earpiece size for myself yet (they come with three different sizes so that you can get a good fit).I have found the easiest way to wear them and keep them from falling out is to have them in like you would normally wear them (in the correct ears, wires wrapping around the top of your ear and hanging down behind), and then tightening the little plastic piece that holds the separate headphone wires together until it's snug against your neck. I don't find it to be uncomfortable and it means I can run without them coming out. Overall, not a bad pair of headphones. Probably wouldn't buy again, but I don't regret my purchase this time.

Basic price, basic product.
These seem to be a good value at $20, and I've had good results with other 'Amazon Basics' items that were well-made. It is not clear from the pictures or description, but the plastic ear hangars have to be assembled on to the ear bud leads before use - they don't come assembled as the picture indicates. You have to leave a little bit of the lead, maybe a couple mm, in between the stalk on the bud and the ear hangar. You hang them over the ear, and then twist them in to seat the bud in the ear canal. This short length of wire is the weak point, and I suspect it might fail or start to short out there at some point. Have not tried them yet on a run. The cable part is not flat or tangle-resistant, and the volume control is on the left hand channel line, not in the central single strand part, so one side is a bit heavier than the other, by the weight of the volume rocker switch. The leader length is plenty adequate to go from the ears down to an MP3 or other device in a short pocket. I'm < 6 ft. tall. The storage pouch is kind of small, tough to cram the leads in the mouth of the bag. Not as nice as the Polk Audio buds the cat chewed up, but 1/3 the price.

Pretty good but problem with water and affect on volume setting
The sound is good. I have a problem with these headphones (I have three pairs) that I haven't had with others. After running enough to get sweaty, the headphones do something to decrease the volume on my Samsung Note II. I couldn't believe it was being caused by the headphones, suspecting that the phone itself was getting wet. However, I can reproduce it with either the phone in my pocket (where it might get wet) or sitting on the ledge of a stationary bike trainer (where it isn't getting wet). For me, the headphones stay over my ear very well and stay inside my ear well. I haven't had a problem like with many other earbuds of them falling-out of my ears. The rubber tips are very well secured to the main parts of the headphones. I like this. I had a tip from another come-out a the start of my first half-marathon but didn't realize it was still in my ear until the end of the race. From this experience, I'm sensitive to the tips being securely attached. I could tell from how difficult it was to install the tips that these were not comming-off.

Great, just not for exercise.
These earbuds are great. But not for exercise. These earbuds are perfect for traveling in a car, train, or plane. They reduce outside noise very well. But for exercise, they block out too much of the environment, making it hard to hear bicyclists or vehicles, while balanced against the volume of the player. They are a tight fit in your ear, perfect for sitting and traveling. When running, that fit rubs in your ear, and as you sweat, becomes ever more loose and irritated, the earbuds won't stay put, sliding out of your ear if you work out longer than 30 minutes. Do you sweat during your workout? Of course you do. Sweat is bad for the inline switch for pausing your player. While the button is convenient, if you sweat, it will get in the switch, which for me meant a constantly pausing workout, or stoppage of my workout. That sweat, will also disable the switch after a few runs of getting in there. So again, great for something where you are just sitting. Good headphones, just NOT for exercising. I hope this helps.

Uncomfortable, break quickly
Disappointing purchase, flawed design. There are lots of earbuds available in this price range that outcompete these (I'm going back to Sony or JVC). A few issues:1. the base part that will hang outside of your ear is especially large and heavy. This makes it difficult for the earbud to stay in place very well if you're moving your head at all. They CONSTANTLY come loose.2. While they give a variety of different sizes to fit your ear, I never found one truly comfortable. The best for me was the medium sized foam earbud, which proceeded to rip and break off from the plastic base in less than a week. Quality!3. the attachable plastic pieces to go over your ear are fairly useless. You have to continually mould them to fit your ear shape as they will straighten with time, and even when perfectly fitted don't feel secure on your ear if your head or jaw is moving.Positives? The sound quality is decent. Nothing amazing, but on par for a $15 pair of headphones.I used these for biking, working out, and simple desk work and found them a hassle for every occasion. Very disappointed in Amazon (probably a first), this product is crap. I'll stick to buying cables from AmazonBasics, but I know now that anything more than that probably cant be trusted.

Discreet, comfortable to wear and stay put.
These are the first In-Ear headphones I've used that have actually stayed put.I like to use headphones when I'm listening to my Kindle so I don't disturb anybody else but got fed up with In-Ear ones which kept slipping or falling out, so I've usually used over ear headphones which are uncomfortable if I'm listening in bed. These come with a selection of little neoprene spongy caps for the earbuds for best fit and comfort and a microfiber baggie to keep everything safe. There is a knack of hooking the little cables over your ears, but once they're on, they stay on.The length of the lead from the earpiece to the jack is over a metre, so enough length but not enough to get in the way or tangle up.An adjustable rubber clasp allows you to have the separate ear leads diverging at a comfortable distance to suit your headspace.A small slider near the earpiece allows pause or replay. There's no leakage of sound to irritate anybody nearby, and I'm not disturbed by external noise when I've got these on.Only lost a star because I'd have liked a bit more 'body' to the leads where they fit round the ears - they're shown on the product pic, but not on the actual product - but it didn't really matter too much as they don't tend to fall off anyway, once you've got them on.These are a good product, discreet and comfortable to wear.

The sound of these earphones is excellent
I got these on offer for a very good price. The sound of these earphones is excellent, it is of a similar quality to much more expensive alternatives, the bass is quite pronounced - this is something I consider a positive, but if you disagree, it's generally possible to lower the bass volume on your phone, tablet etc. I found the rest of the audio to be quite clear, being able to easily hear all instruments played in music - be it classical or rock. The earphones come with quite a few sets of buds, to choose from if they don't fit into your ear too well. I'd recommend trying out some of them, in order to find the best fit, as this has a big effect on how good the earphones sound. It also comes supplied with a small cloth bag, which you can use as a carrying bag for your earphones, or to store the extra buds. .

Great value for what they are
For the money they have great sound quality. Comes with a large selection of rubber tips to best fit your ear. Used them for the first time today for a run and they were a huge improvement on the cheapo ones I had been using. On the downside the cables are rubberised and I think they could be a tangle nightmare but I haven't had them long enough to say for sure. But as of now I'm very happy with them

Great for Running
I bought these specifically for running and they do the job perfectly well. I am surprised at how comfortable and secure they are. Be prepared to do a bit of fiddling when you first open the box - you have to attach the plastic ear lobe pieces onto the cables and it can be tricky to get the correct orientation. Then you have to experiment with the different bud sizes to get the optimum fit - stretching the buds back on is really awkward. They come with two styles of buds each in three sizes. Sound quality is average and very acceptable for the price. Build quality feels good. The microphone is a nice addition. They also come with a pouch.

Surprisingly good.
I was a bit dubious about these, but bought them because they were very good value.Firstly, I have wonky shaped ears, due to training in BJJ, and Judo. So usually, in-ear headphones don't fit. But - these do - even for me.Also, the clever system for holding onto the ears is absolutely brilliant. The wires are threaded into the ear wraps, and they can be tweaked slightly to fit you perfectly. I've had lots of runs and they've never fallen out.The sound quality isn't amazing,.. but its ok. If you've ever run with music you'll be aware that you 'hear' your feet hitting the ground, so actually this sort of negates the need for high quality audiophile sound quality.***This next bit is a little gross***My only slight regret, is that when you sweat (and you do when you run), the sweat in your ear stays in your ear... eg it cant escape past the pod. So you have to remove it to 'drain' your ear sweat... eugh!
