Good while it lasts
Good while it lasts. Didn't last a full year. Dry rotted to the point where the material holding the anchor hooks tore off in a light/medium wind and the cover flipped over exposing gazebo area. When pulling the canopy back down over the gazebo the material ripped when force was applied (by hand). Supposed to be UV protected and last? Yikes! Only reason I give it two stars is because it does it's job when not falling apart.

Fits great. Plan on a life expectancy of 2-3 years in the northern Midwest.

Over-price for the material used(canopy)
I've owned this Sunjoy Sunhouse Gazebo since 2006, purchased 5 replacement Riplock Replacement Canopy's Beige, at or about 24 months the material start to rip and fade. This material is not designed to withstand the Alabama heat or winds for that matter. Suggestion: apply more material to the canopy to make it more durable and sustainable to accommodate the different climate/ geographical locations, lower the cost to meet the Quality of the material(over-priced). As for the structure, I've painted it 3 times, scrapping and sanding rusting due to the shallow paint used.
