Weatherproof Men's Golf Jacket - Lightweight Windbreaker, Water-Resistant Microfiber Shell, Perfect for Golf & Casual Wear

I searched and searched for a lightweight jacket on Amazon. My searches brought back mostly raincoats and parkas. I wanted something to wear on my walks in cool weather. Needed to be breathable. Turns out I should have searched “golf jacket”. This jacket is perfect. It has a non-rubbery and non-plasticy light weight outer shell sufficient to protect against cold breezes. The lining is 20% cotton and feels like cotton to the touch. Breathable. The sleeves are lined with something slippery to aid in getting arms in and out in long sleeves. Size seems true. I wear a women’s 2X and ordered a men’s 2X. It is kind of big on me but not unpleasantly so. Very pleased with everything about this jacket.

My favorite lightweight jacket. The old Weatherproof was getting too worn, zippers fell off, lining frayed, cuffs frayed, Tired of the hoodies and the shiny, uncomfortable, nylon/polyester windbreakers. Weatherproof looks good, feels good, machine washable, all you need.

I debated over 3 or 4 stars. It is a nice jacket. However, it is very much just a windbreaker. There is no liner at all. The fabric has a somewhat brushed feel, but in no way is a suede look; the fabric is very thin. Overall, it is a decent windbreaker.

Very much pleased with this mens waterproof jacket. Haven’t tested that feature yet, but jacket has a great feel and is sized correctly. I ordered an xxl and think a sweater underneath will work too. Well made and recommended.
