Frozen Grated Coconut - 16oz (Pack of 3)

The Coconut was Sour when I unthowed it to make a Cake. I liked the look because reminded me of another product that I cannot find in this area. When I received the items. They were not completely FROZEN

The coconut was very good quality but so wish it came in small packs instead of such big packs. The first time I used it I did not realize that this defrosted coconut does not stay fresh for more than 2 days in the fridge. I had to throw away 90% of the first packet :(

Obviously fake reviews. Mine arrived, thawed out and warm. Label on outside of package instructed me to place unopened package in the freezer for 24 hours before opening! That is a food hazard. My local Publix ordered some just for me.

Fresh taste and moist. I bought a different brand before and the coconut had no taste and it was super dry. This one is much better! Will buy again.

Love the frozen coconut I use it for smoothies or even cakes

I did not use it as it has no flavor. It's sort of watery-tasting.

Perfect! Use just as if you grated it yourself.

Came quick and exactly what i needed!
