excellent book
Another excellent book in this remarkable series; I bought them every year. This one is just as varied and intriguing as the previous four, only more voluminous and containing an excellent section with color figures (a first for the series).Exe

About the last research.
This book can be read with pleasure from everyone has a good knowledge of actual mathematical questions. Particularly Pitici poses the relations between algebra and geometry, very useful for the applications to physics and to codex theory. The explication is no very difficult, but not obvious, because it follows proofs and trials for the resolution of important problems. The method is related to those facts more than to analysis or probability, for a choice of Pitici who has a particular attention for this type of mathematical facts. All that produces also applications in informatics, fashion, fractals theory.

Great read.
Been a long time ago I read this, but I know it didn't disappoint me. Etched in memory with positive impressions.

Dull
This is a series that I have enjoyed in the past. This time around, though, I just found the essays dull in general.
