FUNGYAND Sushi Making Kit, Complete Sushi Bazooka Set

This has been really fun for our family to use together! My daughter only likes veggies in her rolls, and it’s so nice to be able to make hers just the way she likes. And it’s much less expensive! It took a few tries for us to get the right amount of rice and ingredients. The instructions are clear and helpful, and I was impressed with all of the included accessories. They are sturdy and good quality.

I'm not an adventurous eater, so my favorite sushi is California roll without avocado. Its so much better that I can finally get my custom sushi without paying $10 a roll at a sushi restaurant. I have tried to use the rolling mat and It did not go well without practice. The bazooka is so easy, you just oil it up with sesame oil, loosely load the rice, press the plunger into the rice to make a tunnel for the imitation crab and cucumber. After adding the fillings you put the plunger back into the right spot and quickly close it up and latch it. You place the cap on the other end and smoosh the roll a few times to get the rice all compacted. Finally, you can just push the roll right onto some nori, roll it up, let it rest for 20 minutes and cut it beautifully with the knife they provided. The bazooka makes the roll the perfect length for nori sheets, and the knife is super sharp which is perfect for cutting it. The hardest part of the whole process is getting the sticky rice cooked and seasoned right. There are directions in the box for the rice, but I haven't followed those yet. I've tried some Pinterest recipes first that called for mirin instead.

I was impressed by this kit, particularly for its price. The instructions aren't very well written, but it really covers just about every item you'd want for making maki or sashimi. The "bazooka" part, when properly filled, quickly and easily pushes out smoother, tighter rolls than I've ever been able to make by hand, but it even includes a more traditional rolling mat if you want to try that approach instead. It rinses out easily as well. I really have no complaints. Some of the components are of dubious use, but at its relatively low price point I really don't mind a few extraneous items.

Easy to use. The only limitation is you own lack of sushi making skill. You can get better with practice using this kit. I have no regrets in buying this kit. Cleaning kit is easy. The rest of the kitchen not so. The wife says I always make a mess. Making sushi is messy for me, but lots of run. This kit, a good rice maker and your ingredients and your own imagination is all you need.

The device for making sushi rolls, arrived impressively packaged accompanied by all the accessories for making sushi. which were not seen at the time of ordering. In the order, see only the device itself, made of strong plastic. cylinder of the appropriate circumference, cut in half with the help of hinges. The length of the roll can be determined using a special rod that goes into the roll, the entire device is on its hinges, its screws, the handle, all made of strong plastic that I'm sure will last a long time and didn't fall apart the first time. The device is professional and the entire assessment is dedicated. 2 beautiful little ceramic ducks were even included. Extremely indulgent ! The device allows the preparation of perfectly made plump rolls without effort. What fun to order and be pleasantly surprised.

This is the easiest tool to use in my kitchen! Super easy to clean, as well! But, the IMPORTANT stuff: Yes, it really DOES work as advertised. Yes, the latches can be hard to close, but that was my fault; had a bit of rice stuck in the latch. Once I cleared that, it was fine. I cannot rate the instructions, because I didn't use them 😜... it is THAT easy to use. I will look at the instructions later, though, as I noticed some recipes written there. The chopsticks are amazing. Very high quality. The avocado knife/scoop is something that EVERY kitchen should have! Love it! Within an hour of posting the pics I've added, my mom called and said she wanted to borrow it. I don't see this leaving my house any time soon, so I ordered one for her... it will be here tomorrow. And, the lil ducks... soooo cute!!! And NOT identical... they are each an individual art piece. I want more ❤.

This kit has completely changed how we make sushi at home. Everything you need is included and the quality of the tools is much better than expected for the price. The rolling mat is sturdy, the rice paddle works well, and the bazooka roller makes getting consistent results much more straightforward than the traditional method. Getting even rolls used to be a real struggle but with this kit it's genuinely easy. Worth it for anyone who makes sushi at home regularly.

Made sushi for the first time in my life. This made it SO EASY. If you’re on the fence about making sushi because the traditional method is hard… get the sushi bazooka lol. You won’t regret it. Decent little kit. The knife is surprisingly very sharp, which I was impressed by. The wood mats are perfect, just put plastic wrap on them to reduce the mess. I’ll admit, I threw away the wood rice spoon and chopsticks because they kept splintering. Still absolutely worth the value for the rest of the kit

Homemade sushi Has everything you need to make sushi at home. East to use and clean. The knife is very sharp and the avocado tool is awesome.

This is absolutely an amazing product.I got this for my granddaughter, she had to make sushi rolls for an assessment, she never made sushi rolls, so i thought this might help her plus we downloaded video, and away she went, first ones were a bit iify but she soon got the hang of it, and ended up with near perfect sushi rolls. I am so glad i bought this, now she can make her lunches,she doesnt eat very well, so im hoping this will help.Good product.great knife too

I like it a lot however the instructions were hard to follow. Maybe the bazooka could be a better material rather than plastic. It’s rough on the hands.
