What's the difference between the two mats included, and how do you use them? Mat directions and avocado slicer directions were not included.

Thank you very much for your question. I'm very sorry that the contents of the instruction manual are not perfect enough. We will add the contents of the instruction manual as soon as possible so that every customer in the future will know more about each tool in the sushi kit.

Regarding your question, our kit contains two sushi mats. Natural sushi mat is generally used for shapeable round sushi (after you roll out the rice column from BAZOOKA and wrap it with seaweed).  Natural sushi mat can be used to reinforce its plasticity). Green sushi mat is versatile. natural side can be molded into round sushi. Cyan husk is generally used to mold square sushi because cyan husk is very smooth.

Question 2

There are zero instructions. Can you please send a link to some. Have no idea how to use the plastic shaping tool?

I packed rice in both sides of the open tube, then laid my cucumber and avacado on one side and my thinly sliced ahi tuna. Then I closed the tube and pushed the rice filled tube onto my Nori sheet. Once the rice was on my Nori, which was laid on top of my bamboo rolling mat, I rolled it tightly to the end of the mat.  One rolled, I wrapped the entire roll in plastic wrap to chill. About thirty minutes and then sliced the roll. I made several rolls. You'll get the hang of it. They lasted three days.

Is it possible to make rice-less rolls with this product?

At present, We haven't tested whether this kit can make rice-less rolls, normally people need to put enough rice in the bazooka, but you can also try. If it is successful, we're really looking forward to your sharing the production process.
