Ocryl - Eye Lotion for Dogs and Cats - 135 ml

Amazing difference in my dogs tear stains. I firstly cut off the fur that has gone discoloured, so I could see any difference. Twice a day I do the drops and within a week he’s got less tears and amazing the difference it’s made. I have a Maltipoo and the tear stains just looked awful bless him. This is not a paid review and I’ll get a photo so you can see the difference. Totally recommend

I have tried many different eye cleansers etc for my Bichon's tear stains, with limited success. I want to leave a review with before and after photos for the 'Ocryl' Eye Lotion because although I was a little apprehensive, and it is quite expensive, it has been amazing. The bottle will last a long time as you only need a small amount. It does not irritate the eyes. As another review had mentioned, this does not remove the tear stains from the fur already stained around the eyes. What it does do is cleanse the eye area with continual use over a couple of weeks preventing further tear stains, then as your dog is clipped the stained fur gradually gets cut away leaving behind new white growth in its place. I started using at the beginning of November and as you can clearly see from the photos, my dogs fur around his eyes is now lovely and white! It is part of the daily routine now to gently wipe Ocryl around the corner of his eyes with a cotton wool pad. I absolutely recommend to any dog parent with a White Furry Dog :-)

Great eye lotion and trusted company, I purchased this cos the original brand I use was sold out everywhere. My dog had a lot of tearing from injury pain, this doesn't get ride of stains (i don't think any of them do) but it helped minimise staining and you can see from the cotton pad that it really cleans, even when my dogs eyes didn't look bad and I wiped with this lotion you could see so much brown/orange on the cotton pad. Having a Lhasa Apso I used many different types of eye lotions/tear stain removers over the years and high end expensive brands and this one seems to be just as good as the original brand I usually use.

Very impressed with this, use morning & night as advertised, dog doesn’t mind this being wiped, think the best I’ve found. Before & after pic one with my hand in is the most recent.

We’ve been using this product on our Bichon Frisée. The tear stains badly marked her face and nothing helped to clear them until the vet recommended this. Using twice a day for a month reduced the brown marks so we’re onto maintenance: once a day. Whilst it doesn’t cure the problem she looks 100% better. Cosmetics and doesn’t change her personality purely to make a pretty dog prettier.
