After using this band I feel relaxed and there are many workouts but u hav to try step by step and even little pain when I started to use but that pain gradually stopped .drink like warm water before using this band and very useful for post pregnancy ..reducing tummy is very big task be in diet very important .value for money and the quality very good ..u can trust this product instead of spending money in gym .I'm so happy using this band
