I get even more annoyed when I LEAVE a detailed message so someone can just return the call with the answer that I need, but the return call comes two days later with "What do you need?" Now I can have a handy reference as to when and why I called a particular person in the first place.Regardless of how you choose to use this spiral-bound book, it is a valuable business tool and a great thing to have next to every office phone.I recommend these highly and will continue to purchase them as long as I have a phone on my desk.
