ProtiDIET Protein Chicken Noodle Soup, Low Carb & Sugar-Free, 7ct

I’ve tried a lot of high protein, low calorie meal items and this one is an absolute favorite. I think I’ve ordered it 10 times since I’ve been on my diet. The flavor is really good - a lot like Lipton cup of noodles to be honest - the texture is great, and the protein makes for a very satisfying meal. I don’t know how they put the protein in here (there aren’t any chunks of soy protein) but it definitely has protein. I can tell because of how I feel after I eat it. Great for on the go. Sometimes I have this and a piece of fruit or salad for lunch or, on days when I seem to have the munchies, this makes for a very satisfying, low-calorie snack. I wish it had more noodles, but I suppose there are enough to be satisfying. You do get a few noodles with every spoonful down to the end. Usually I put it in a coffee cup and sip it, swirling occasionally to keep the noodles mixed in. One tip: you do need to stir it a few times while you’re letting it sit in the hot water, or else it forms a crust on top and the noodles don’t rehydrate. If you stir it a few times the noodles will rehydrate very well.

Perfect to get protein in your day with these soups. They are tasty and keep you full longer. I didn’t think the sodium was that bad considering it was a powder mix.

I have tried a couple of other brands of soup and by far this is the one that tastes the best to me. Definitely try!

Good taste. Better than all other low carb choices. It does take awhile to dissolve completely; you need to really stir well.

Mom has trouble with canned soups due to digestive issues, your soups excellent

Not fond of the flavor. I have had other brands with much better taste.

First, I had something to compare this to. I had tried another brand and found that one to be BLAND and watery. I had little hopes that this would be better, but the price was a bit more affordable so I thought I'd try. I am so glad I did! I've run into some post-operative trouble and am all but unable to swallow solid food. This soup is perfect for where I'm at now. YES, it is salty. That's such a remarkable relief to me after all of the disgustingly sweet protein drinks! I can't say enough about the flavor. It is comfortably filling and while the noodles are small and not terribly significant, they aren't supposed to be. This is a bariatric surgery support-type product. If you want real chicken and noodle soup, try canned from any store. I can't eat those now, so for me, this is PERFECT! For a really big flavor punch, add a few Quest Taco Flavored protein chips on the side. Oh my goodness!! YUM!!
