The panels are not full frame which is what i required and the sellers pic and description are vague and so i ordered them and waited about about a month to get them.I wanted to return them but only get answer machine and they do not reply .Their customer support through amazon mail was poor and resulted in several e mails to eventually get a return address and then no other details. While in the process of trying to organise transport to return the Goods i then received an email saying i cannot return them as they were bespoke made which is nonsense . The panels themselves are not well made and the wood used is thin and cracked in several places .There is no proper top cap either . I now have four panels stored in my garage which i cannot use .This is not up to Amazons usual return standard and hope that they do use external sellers such as total sheds with such poor ,impolite customer service . I will take this loss on the chin but will never buy anything from total sheds .

They arrived in perfect condition, quite quickly. Installation was easy. They are still standing despite the heavy winds. I will review them in a year's time :).

I liked the delivery as it was fairly heavy and the driver took it to its place, it was sturdy and heavy.
