Can you return the items you buy if you aren't happy with them?

Yes but you may have to pay for the return postage.

Does it have dual sim tray?

I do indeed have dual sim version but only after returning one handset that claimed dual sim capability but was, in fact, single sim. Specifically ask suppliers.!

Does it have dual sim tray?

There are two versions of this phone. Most being sold are single sim. Dual sim is available at a higher price. Check the seller’s description carefully or contact him to be sure you get the correct version. NB if you install the sims there is no slot free to add an extra memory card.
