Spigen Neo Hybrid Designed for Google Pixel 3 XL Case (2018) - Burgundy

I've had the case for about 3 weeks and love it. I owned a Pixel 2 XL and had a different brand case on it. When my wife inherited my old phone, she got a new case and I decided to change to a Spigen case based on my brother's recommendation and many great reviews. My only issue is the case feels a bit slippery, yet I haven't come close to dropping the phone yet. It fits perfectly, looks great, provides nice protection and seems quite durable. Excellent purchase.

I bought a Spigen Neo Hybrid case for my Pixel xl phone exactly 1year and one month ago. The case had held up extremely well through numerous drops. I recently noticed that the hard plastic ring had a full through crack making it loose from the soft part of the case. Only the hard plastic ring was broken and i was hoping I could just buy a new ring. The case is so inexpensive cost was not my concern, was just brought up not to waste resources.Looked up my paperwork thinking I had just missed a one year warranty only to find that they have a 2 year warranty. Sent them an email explaining I could not tell them exactly how or when it cracked but that I had dropped it numerous times over those 13 months and that the crack probably started as a fracture that over time and more drops worked itself into a full crack. Their web site make it real easy to send them an email about the issue.Here is the really impressive part. I got an email response withing hours. They asked a few more questions then followed up by wanting my full name and current mailing address. Now it is only 4 days since the original email and I have the brand new entire case. Guess they don't stock parts just the entire product.I found the entire experience refreshing in today's world of corp America treating us like dirt with no or impossible to reach customer service or support for most major companies. I highly recommend Spigen and will definitely look to them for a case for my next phone, too.

Its a good case.. I had the same type of case for my previous phone.. In general it does well. It makes pushing the buttons a bit harder (pressure wise) which is something most all cases struggle with.. It fits perfectly.. Mine has a slight manufacturing defect where the plastic that overlays the rubber, doesn't have a perfectly straight edge at the buttons... Its like the plastic got slightly stretched slightly where the button holes were cut or molded. Its not a huge deal.. but it's something..I ordered the burgundy color because I wanted SOMETHING different than a solid black rectangle for a phone.. The only other color was this burgundy.. If there were a bright color I would have ordered it.. but there wasn't so I went with the burgundy. After putting it on the phone.. it really is kinda ugly in my opinion.. The burgundy is a lot darker and dull.. and slightly more purple than what I was expecting from the webpage. It looks like a dull darkish purple band around the screen.. Coupled with the black screen, it really isn't that appealing.. The back looks much better.. Probably because it doesn't have the black from the screen. I guess I should have waited for some better color combinations..As far as protection, I like this case.. I think it offers enough protection to do the job..I had this case previously so I knew what I was getting.

Good fit, nice feel. The only problem is no one seems to make case friendly glass screen protectors yet (as of launch week).I'm going from a Pixel XL in an Orzly Air Frame case and the Pixel 3 XL with Neo Hybrid case is the exact same width, a bit thinner and maybe 1/8" longer, it carries in my pocket just as well.The back has a little bit less texture but seems like it will be fine. The TPU liner has that bit of grip but not a lint magnet or likely to stick in your pocket.The look is fine for me, less chunky than my Orzly, obviously not as nice looking as naked but I like it.

This case fits the Pixel 3XL perfectly. It has a very nice grip that is smooth yet not slippery. The design is noticeable, yet subtle with the gun metal color. There is a significant lip on the screen that I feel will protect my screen very well in the event of a face down drop. This case in no way impedes the ability to use the squeeze function on the phone. All the portholes are perfectly aligned with the phone. This case will protect your phone without adding a huge amount of weight or size to the phone. In fact, I've dropped my phone twice since putting this case on it and no damage occurred to either the case for the phone. I highly recommend this case.

First, I have bought Spigen brand cases for the last several phones I've owned and always been pretty happy. They just last, and do their job. HOWEVER, this was the first case to fall short of that history.Good things: It's been dropped on concrete several times and the phone is UNTOUCHED. So independent of what I complain about, it's a HELL OF A CASE. It also looks very slick. The hard plastic ring and the black TPU blend in (I have the gunmetal color) and look VERY sharp together. It's not clear from a close inspection they are separate layers. Very professional looking.BUT, and here is my complaint: the plastic housing around the side buttons is VERY thin. ~2mm or so. This is so little material that when installing the hard part of the case on the TPU bumper system, a permanent bend or kink appeared near the bottom corner of the volume rocker. Clearly this is a failure points, and I'm afraid it will be a weakness when the case is tested by a drop. The aesthetics also suffer, since you can feel the bend/kink, and it looks weird. This also prevents me from removing the case so I can clean the phone. Pocket lint and other debris can get in the case, particularly around ports, and I like to periodically remove the case and clean the phone. I'm afraid that removing the hard plastic will cause it to break.I'll probably buy Spigen products again, but this is definitely a rough spot on our history together.I'm hard on my reviews, so my historic run of 5-star spigen reviews comes to an end here. Hopefully they can get this squared away for future revisions (if any).

Resistente, y muy util

Premium quality material and the color is also great. Wont even get any single dust inside. The protection part is also great, you can throw the phone wherever you want and it wont even leave a scratch even on the case. It's a big headache when you have a brand new phone and you cant place it anywhere coz of the fear of.leaving scratches, Spigen completely take that part away. Really satisfied with the build quality, the fits and the premium feel. Recommended for all.

Great colour and super solid. Already unintentionally drop tested, not even a scratch on the case. Great hand feel as well. Glass screen protector fits without issue as well.

Es la segunda vez que la compro, es bastante aparatosa y el marco que simula metal en realidad es plástico, pero la funda protege la pantalla mejor que la mayoría, tiene muy buen tacto y mucha durabilidad.
